Hello, I'm BRAND new to the BTC world.

I actually tried two transaction types today with BitInstant.  The first was using the moneygram to BTC Address method.  It worked great, and was very fast.  The second transaction was using Dwolla to BTC Address.  It ended with the "MTGox Connection Error".  Seemed to have taken place around the same time as the previous posters here.  Is this something that usually resolves itself, or does it have to be referred to BitInstant support for resolution?


[RESOLVED] 4/2/2013 - 1:30AM -  It took four days and several attempts with support, but I received my BTC.  Unfortunately at a rate about $20 more expensive than the day ordered. Sad

Sent like 4 emails to bitinstant saturday and still no response... so please read this and help me please!

I am also confused that it says MTGOX since I deposited to a blockchain bitcoin address, not MTGOX. Didnt use mtgox at all.

Please do not tell me that the APIResponse thing is redeemable or something??? Because I posted in bitcointalk everything I just told you and tried using that thing as a code just now and it didnt work!!!! if someone stole it i will be very upset! But this isnt my fault because it says I dont need to use a coupon?? So what is going on?

Hi all, I sent a payment today to mtgox, the funds never reached my account in the exchange and bitinstant confirms: Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange

My issue is that i used my mtgox Account no. / Merchant ID instead of just the account number. If this is a problem how can I resolve the issue.

I have tried twice to transfer funds from my dwolla account to mtgox. Both transfers failed, i.e. I got nothing in my mtgox account. Checking the status on bitinstant does show errors.
However, the funds were deducted from dwolla! So I'm missing my $150 now.

What the deal here? Bitcoin will go nowhere if script errors make people lose money... I see many people here with similar issues... too bad I did not check upfront for bitinstant's credibility.

 ???Hello noobs.  This is very disturbing posts....have any of you got it resolved yet?  I have an accnt# with Mt. Gox as well...but never tried it with BitInstant/CVS Pharmacy.  So there ain't no refund # to reach at CVS Pharmacy?  Is this all because of human error by giving the wrong wallet address?   There's got to be a safer way than this...

Hi, I need help with a order placed last Thursday. I send a few email over the weekend and haven't receive any respond. I send a payment on www.bitinstant.com using my local MoneyGram store inside a WalMart for the amount of $113.95. I did everything on Thursday night. Next day I receive a confirmation with a order status number into my inbox.

When I check the status of the order on bitinstant.com it says that the order has been completed. The last event type is "Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange" but before that it says "MTGox Connection Error". I'm confused and don't why I haven't received the deposit on my BTC wallet.

The number I put into the form/slip I send was my wallet address, as far as I know the deposit should have being done quickly. I went with a friend who did the same kind of transaction and everything went fine. I don't want to loose my money, some help or a email replay will be from great help.
I have my confirmation email if needed and all the recipes of each transaction I did.

DUDE! Thanks for the fast response.... But that code does NOT work! When I enter it as described it says
"This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)"

So did you send my funds to someone else and they already redeemed that code? I just want my money!
