Is there really a need for this when I just gave you a status on your support ticket and I explain that we are working on a solution to your issue? When do you think we can resolve the issue? THANKS FOR THE LINKS!!! I am tired of kissing ass here since the 4th of April!! This Ursay guy keeps promising me he will "look Into" my situation and now....HE WON'T EVEN GIVE ME THE COURTESY OF RESPONDING!!! IF YOU GIVE YOUR WORD ON SOMETHING....YOU SHOULD KEEP IT!!! WHY NO RESPONSE??? DOES A GUY HAVE TO POST THESE TYPES OF LINKS TO EVEN GET A RESPONSE?? MEANTIME....YOUR "PUSHING THROUGH" people who have only been on here for a FEW HOURS!!!!! I AM NOW GOING TO POST ON EVERY ONE OF THE LINKS THIS GUY GAVE ME AND I WILL CONTINUE TO RE-POST THE LINKS ON THIS BOARD.....UNTIL YOU DO RIGHT BY ME!!!! ???BITINSTANT LIARS & COWARDS

When I try to access mtgox.com, my browser (chrome) warns me that "The site's security certificate is not trusted!"

When I try to access mtgox.com, my browser (chrome) warns me that "The site's security certificate is not trusted!" They said a few hours ago that they were doing a "Market Cooldown: Orders will not be accepted for the moment as we need to upgrade our database to accommodate the trading volume. However, you may still cancel your pending and open orders. Trading will resume at 11:00 am JST." I suspect that means something akin to formating and re-allocating larger memory blocks/partitions -- which may require new certificates. FireFox is happy Re:certificates though.

Paid this afternoon with cash/moneygram to bitcoin address. ZipZap confirm came through fine right after I paid but I received nothing from bitinstant.com 7 hours later I received the email saying my order complete/ sent to exchange but they are not and have not shown up yet on blockchain or in my wallet.

man - your issue is already being dealt with, posting the same thing over and over again only makes for more clutter in this thread and makes it hard to help other customers. Aside from that, though it is entirely reasonable to be upset when you have an issue with any service (including BitInstant), I would caution against using ripoffreport (feel free to post negative but accurate reviews elsewhere) - from a brief look over their site we can not respond without paying them fees.
