Hello, this is my second order at bitinstant, and I have a problem this time... My payment has already been confirmed by ZIPZAP under Account Number: 335119806 since last friday (april,12) but bitinstant only show my order as "Loading". Whats going on? Wheres my money? The first time was near instant payment to Mt.Gox... and now 2 days has passed and nothing... I lost a lot of good opportunities to buy bitcoins at a low prices (60,70 usd)... I already send 2 e-mails and did not receive any answear...

The coupon, when used, is said to be invalid or already redeemed.

Am I on the list of people to get coupon codes? When will I get that code? How many are in front of me? 9 days and counting on this issue...

Bitinstant is stealing me!

My suggestion is to not use bitinstant for nothing!

I did a lot of payment using bitinstant (a total of $ 4000) on the day Abril 08 and Abril 10. See the last answer i received:

Are you using Bitcoin-QT ?  You need to finish downloading the blockchain.  This can take a long time.

Bitinstant is stealing me!

My suggestion is to not use bitinstant for nothing!

Are you using Bitcoin-QT ?  You need to finish downloading the blockchain.  This can take a long time.
