Yeah! Why on earth would a coupon code go unmentioned in an email!?!? wtf man I can't believe the incompetence of this multi-million dollar company. There has to be some kind of compensation!
not happening. You do have options though. Take your business to deposits through Bank of America moving forward. They only charge a 1% fee which is cheaper and you can count on customer service being better....lets be honest could it be worse. That is my 2 cents.

I deposit into mtgox bank of America account?

Ursay, i sent you my email. I was suppose ti have my order pushed through on 4/8 and then i was also put on the 4/10 support list. it is 8:58est and i still havn't heard anything from  you or bitinstant.

Hi everyone!

Regardless of the crazy market today we got a lot done...

Myself and another CS rep were trained to better handle some issues without need to escalate.  We were able to solve a good amount of support issues for this reason.  It was also another record breaking volume day.  As we try to improve you force us to go even harder.  Cheesy

We launched the new @bitinstanthelp on Twitter which will allow for better communication about current news

Plans pushed forward for some big announcements which I believe are still planned for sometime this later week...very excited...  Smiley

Tomorrow will be similar.  I think we'll see another large round of customer issues resolved.

I want to apologize to anyone with issues that have been open for TOO LONG.  We honestly are not trying to scam anyone.  If that was the case I would NOT want to work for BitInstant.  I am here to help and I will do my best if you can help me understand your situation fully.

I'm gonna put in some more work tonight as well...don't worry... Wink

YES! I finally see the unconfirmed transaction coming in.

Question, I'm getting a market price of $170.335772852, but on 4/3/2013 the high was $146 (and closer to $125 when I made the transfer).

Is bitinstant not honoring the prices at the time of the transaction anymore?

If not, I suppose that'll do. I'm happy to at least have gotten something back!

I got it! Thank you so much. You have been so helpful for all of this. I am happy to help! I will continue to go through these forums and help out as much as possible. I have been able to catch a couple of people who have publicly put their codes up and I made new codes to get their money to them. I can only do so much without being hired, but I'm always happy to help Smiley

Now I am just excited to get my issue resolved Smiley I have faith though.

They are. You have to do the math and let them know this. You also have to request for a new ticket to be opened up. They will close your first ticket (which I am glad they were able to fix! I have seen a lot of your posts over the last couple of days.), and then a new ticket will have to be opened to get the difference in price. I had my first ticket close, and made a new ticket to get the difference, but it hasn't been done yet. It looks like we're still gonna have to wait for that at this point.
