Man there's almost 1200 unconfirmed items waiting to be confirmed in the blockchain, my transaction is one of them. How long does that normally take?

Mr URSAY

I am sorry to use this thread (even though you had warned that it was going to be closed) but I have two transaction via ZIPZAP/EBANX that did not manage to be completed to my MTGOX account.

Transactions CODE N°163288 and CODE N° 163377 (EBANX) - ZipZap Account N° 294136080 and N° 258509702

The payment was made tuesday (04-09-2013) and wednesday (04-10-2013).

Can you help?

Thank you for your attention

All new support issues need to go thru...

bitinstant.com/contact

Thanks!

I tryed it already, but got no response at all, so I decided to use this channel too. Thank you for your attention once more.

PERHAPS they should hire a service manager with Experience. Standard protocol for negative Customer contacts usually go something like:
1. Autoreply:  "Thank you for being a valued customer of XYZ. We have received you communication and one of our team members will get back with you within 24 hours. Thank you!"
2. Actually fix said problem within 24 hours.
3. Notify customer: "Dear so&so, Thank you for choosing XYZ. We apologize for any inconvenience our system problems have caused. We hope and believe your issue to be solved to your satisfaction.  As a gesture of our Mission Statement seeking satisfied customers, please accept our token of gratitude for your patience with us. 1 extra bitcoin has been forwarded to your address. Thank you again for allowing us to serve you.  Sincerely, XYZ"

I will spend a ton of time to call your ass out....

http://bitinstantscam.com/index.php

I would like to organize a Class Action Suit...I am not an attorney, but I think if we get a large enough group together, we could do something.. I would be the first to organize and arrange this...I only was stuck like 30$, but I spent a lot of energy going thru the Dwolla process and then, now, tracking my money down... By the way, Dwolla will not do anything about your coins being stuck...In fact, they acknowledged to me that BitInstant is running what looks like a Ponzi scheme, and they will not do anything about it....I have sent numerous PMs,emails, support lists, yada yada yada, and nothing...I also think they are going to give back large sums first, and let the little sums go on, and hope that noone  goes after them.....My logic here, is that we gather an enormous group, and file..I am one state over, and could make it into NYC if I had to... This way, even if you were ripped off for 10$, everyone gets a piece of the action....PM me, if you would be interested in filling a class action suit... The faster we get on this, the quicker it will be....Also, BitInstant should not be in business right now....If you know you can not provide an accurate, and honest service, then why take peoples' money? I like to focus on whats between the lines...The way they have that automated system setup, is to scam people...If you go to their website, it use to say "Bitcoins within one hour", now it does not....There is no reason that they should be short on money...If you are overwhelmed with business, stop being greedy and shut down....Honestly, BitInstant, Ursay, this is going to get very ugly soon....I predict by next week or so, BitInstant will stop responding to the forums...Watch and learn!

Like i asked, please do not ask me to go to bitinstantsupport contact etetc. I've already did a bunch of emailing over THE PAST ^ MOnths. In reply to Charlie already saying  "nO" (whoevers watching my "movie") Charlie said yes yes yes and then finally no. OR "Theres nithing we can do" because... fuck you, I'm keeping your money. Now Urlslay is somewhow tying me in with another irate customer (sucker) and telling me to go to bitinstantsupport contact or some shit, after saying he'd work on my issue. So there we go, is the first lie from URslay to me. Not unexpected, as every oter employee of bitinstant has lied to me. This thread, all 256 pages or whatever, is full of the same stories. I can;t believe it's gone on for so long. Fuck fuck fuck.

Bitinstant owes me 0.479112001 BTC
As a result of the inconveniences and headaches given by Bitinstant, I have elected to not accept my money in BTC form
Give me $76.04 in cash or through paypal
The $ amount is verifiable as follows:

Bitinstant Order creation time (source: https://www.bitinstant.com/order_status/93ba9900-5bb7-4d90-b4ad-cc8f9177fbdf ):
Sun Apr 7 15:17:25 2013   bc2ef0ac-d37b-4787-a041-68acbed69a50   New Order

mtgoxUSD weighted price: $158.7/BTC @ 2013-04-07 15:17:00   (source: http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/mtgoxUSD#rg5zig1-minzczsg2013-04-07zeg2013-04-08ztgSzm1g10zm2g25zv )

Given Rate:
$400: source: https://www.bitinstant.com/order_status/93ba9900-5bb7-4d90-b4ad-cc8f9177fbdf
2.04136689 BTC: source: http://blockexplorer.com/address/14czMwT5imj1xfT7seLarorCBZZ9TxsFZg

$400 / 2.04136689 BTC =
$195.947138145265/BTC

Expected deposit:
$400 / $158.7/BTC (walmart deposit time rate & bitinstant order creation time) = 2.520478891 BTC

Difference:
expected - actual = difference
2.520478891 BTC - 2.04136689 BTC = 0.479112001 BTC

Bitinstant owes me 0.479112001 BTC
I do not want the BTC. I want my $ in 0.479112001 BTC back at rate at time of deposit.
0.479112001 BTC * $158.7/BTC = $76.03507456
Give me my $76.04 back

I knew I wouldn;t get my money, back along time ago, despite Urslay telling to fucking waste more time and enegy so that he could look into it. Fuck. DO Not use bit instant again. I told you this would happenl about 100 pages ago.

URSAY, I appreciate you trying to help, but if you'd read my post you'd see that I was unable to submit any new issues using that same quote ID.

Regardless, I may not have a problem any more. It would seem that Gareth has taken it upon himself to personally fix my problem.

Just waiting on confirmations at the moment, but it looks like bitinstant got me my btc at a real fair market price (though incredibly late)

Everybody else out there having problems, just keep complaining all day. It eventually works.

Complaining all day is not helpful and will not push your order thru any faster.

I'm glad I finally got my money, because you are fucking worthless.

If you had read anything past my first sentence, you would've seen that my problem has been resolved by somebody far more competent than you.

Do your job

hey, how long did it take for you for the money to be deposited?

Calm down people, Bitinstant representatives are only telling us to go fuck ourselves (report issue at that /contact page, yeah right). Weekend is around the corner, let them rest for the excellent service provided.

Nope.

Some of you need to take a chill pill and/or grow up. I had my issue resolved. I did it in the following way:

1: I never used threats, foul language, or otherwise taunt the person who is providing the help
2: I kept my posts to a minimum as to let URSAY do his job
3: I was patient. Some issues are more complex than others, it makes sense to get some of the easier issues taken care of so a representative can take more time on the more complex issues
4: Realize Bitcoins are an emerging currency, there are going to be problems.
5: Realize URSAY is a human like the rest of us and if you noticed, he was on one of the support lists.

If you were to act the way you are in a retail store you would be asked to leave the premisis. I am suprised URSAY hasn't asked the mods to reign in some of you crazy kids. Yes, $x00 is a lot of money to most. But most people are starting to get resolutions so please calm down. My issue was resolved in the early hours of the morning and since then I have already made another deposit through bitinstant and it has gone through without a hitch.
