I got an email stating my transaction was successful. I'll let you guys know when it posts to my wallet.

this is encouraging

From what i am hearing orders are being successful but still were charged the fee by bitinstant!  So make everyone wait 3 days, and still charge them a fee...what kind of service is that?

I did a deposit straight to my Mt.Gox account and its in there now.  Can't say with how yours is handled, but direct transactions to Mt.Gox seem to be in the green.  Can everyone please post which ones are having success and who aren't?

Yea, my email showed the amount minus their fee. Whats up with that? Do I have to file another ticket?

I went straight to bitcoin address, that could be the delay. Usually takes a hour to transfer that way.

It's most efficient to run through the orders and then sort out fees afterwards, we're also discussing internally how to reward customers for sticking around during the recent problems.

Fee refunds can be issued via a support ticket but we are also likely to run through the list and issue fee refunds for everyone owed one anyway once the backlog is clear.

Give it about another 30-40 mins, yours maybe one of the ones that is taking an hour.  If its not there then, we will start hell raising  Shocked
