I'm getting this message when I try to import the priv key from my wallet to the new wallet:
Error adding key to wallet (code -4)

ill look into that. try just copying the wallet.dat from version 1.9.3 into another safe folder to make a backup and just update your exe, then run the new exe with the 1.9.3 wallet. you should be fine if you just do that

Yep, It's running fine with the old wallet, but then I don't understand why the dumpprivkey and such.

Correct. This updates changes the engine in fly , so there was a chance of problems. If I didnt tell you to print your priv key and backup your wallet, and your wallet crashed, then you would come here asking for help without a backup.

Im not sure Tim, and I have not talked to them. Our new code uses 64bit addresses so I need to make sure our system is compatible with their exchange software.

now i know why slack was busy like a beehive
i most of the time just get the news by forum like everyone else
because there is to much activity in team fly slack to read and stay up to date for casual reader like me

but high activity shouldnt be a bad sign at all
expect much more to come from them next weeks and months

Your fine, go ahead and withdraw it wont charge you. I will guarantee it with my money. Cryptopia just havnt updated their system yet.

Ok I found out whats going on. The exchange has not updated their wallet yet. They are still on v1.93. So anyone can SEND , but until they update only users that could withdraw for free before can withdraw for free now until they update to 2.0. I will post when this happens.

@osama2808 please PM my your fly address and I will send you the 4 fly. My apologies.

So I just wanted to post about my upgrade experience.  After backing up my wallet.dat I installed the new .exe in a v2.0 folder.  I just double clicked and the wallet opened with no problems at all.  I didn't delete anything out of the Flycoin folder.  All peers found and blocks updated.  Congrats Griffith and Team Fly on work well done!  There are no stakes showing up at Cryptopia because they have the wallet in maintenance mode.  But no biggie.

I have the similar experience. Just close the old wallet and open the new wallet 2.0 without a problem.
