The truth is that nobody will get out now due to the very low price. So even if someone would like to sell, this is the worst time to do it. It's just simple maths.

I can help you to restore/recover your wallet or password.

if you are still on a version that is not 2.0 right now, we have passed the 67000 block mark so close your wallet and update.

if you are on a mac you have two options:
-get a real operating system
-close your wallet and wait until i am able to fix the code for the mac compiler since its being especially picky this time around.

Sent a chunk of my coins to Cryptopia, they say old addresses won't work with new wallet (which has not been implemented there yet) and that my coins are in "limbo" and not to send any more.    What does this mean?   Are my coins goners?

I have the same question! I sent a part of my coins when suddenly FLY wallet gone "maintenanace".
Moreover, the antidump system will be enabled soon, but no one can even send coins to exchange.
"Maintenance" is more than 24 hours...

Cooper here to save the day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

50 Fly will be paid to Cooper !!

Yay

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

Griffith was the dev on this release. Can you PM him this info. Im sure your on wallet 2.0 also. One thing you can try...
1. Close wallet
2. Delete all from roaming (except wallet.dat)
3. Create  flycoin.conf in your roaming/flycoin folder
4. Create a shortcut to flycoin
5. Add -zapwallettxes=1 to shortcut in tagrt box at the end of the .exe
5. Launch flycoin using shortcut

Enter the following into that flycoin.conf file:

addnode=75.130.163.51:50583

Let me check. One second. Right now I wouldnt send anything to Cryptopia until I test it and give the ok. Let me sign in and see what the wallet status is. I donated 1 btc to them the other day, hoping it would speed things up. Lets see.

Update: Withdraw option still disabled. Let me reach out to them and find out why. We gave them all they needed. For now do no withdrawals or sending to Cryptopia until this is sorted. Still safe to buy and sell on the exchange though with coins already on exchange.

Ok sent Hex and Adam a PM about the wallet. Lets give them some time.

Yep, there are errors, sometimes every new release brings new friends ones  Cheesy

You'll have to fix them one by one. It's worth it because in the process of fixing you'll learn a lot of new stuff Wink

Maybe one day I'll make PR on github.

I suggest you also have xcode, macports/homebrew?

btw, my first builds I did on OS X 10.10 too, now I've upgraded to 10.11, and basically nothing changed.

Hey Cooper, if you interested, we maybe interested in a few things. First there are MAJOR wallets out there that do not have a mac wallet. Our new website that now sells block chains, will be selling wallets. Are you interested in compiling mac wallets for our new site for very specific popular coins that do not have a mac wallet? Let me know. Our site is www.walletbootstraps.com

Guys fly coin has morphed. We are now an engine that pays out coins with high value for your work. The work is easy, and takes a little time thats all.

Earn Fly by posting links to our "Be fly" thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1429754.msg14460051#msg14460051

Soon we will ask you guys seeking wallets we dont have listed on our wallet bootstrap site and pay you for those.

You'll have to fix them one by one.
I got 2 errors about
Code:
src/base58.h:299:75: error: member function 'size' not viable: 'this' argument
has type 'const CKeyExchangeID', but function is not marked const
If I mark functions as "const", it causes a lot of new errors.
I tried only primitive fixes, because I'm not fluent in C/C++.

I run Mac OS 10.10 on VMware, I have XCode 6.4 installed, MacPorts and all libraries for cryptocurrency compiling.
TBH, I thought I almost compiled 2.0 wallet and got the bounty, but damn, that error made me rage, and you was faster with fixing it, gg wp Cheesy
