yep, it needs a website, there isn't one

We have one in the works..

When can we expect the website to be up and running, an estimate would be fine?
I don't think there's anyone working on a website atm so an estimation would be hard.

We don't have an estimated time.. Here is a preview.. http://hodlcoin.com/home/
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Thanks  Smiley

1. Run HOdlcoin-QT (open the wallet)
2. Select Help
3. Select Debug Window
4. Select Console
5. If you encrypted your wallet, unlock it by entering walletpassphrase "YourLongPassphrase" 600
6. Type importprivkey <hodlcoinprivkey>

Example: importprivkey 5KJvsngHeMpm884wtkJNzQGaCErckhHJBGFsvd3VyK5qMZXj3hS

Try one of the compiled miners. You downloaded the source code.

Is it the first time, you try to mine a coin?

I would like to help, but just want to know if you know something about that stuff.

I am pretty new to mining.
I have two rigs with 5 GPU's mining Etherium at 120mhs (I am struggling with overclocking. I have 3x msi R9 390's any direction there? )
I am not sure what I am doing wrong here.
I have downloaded the file but not sure what to do with it? I thought once I extract the file I could run it, but nothing comes up.
What am I missing?

In the folder you unzipped.. you will see "Suprnova-Pool.bat" open that in Notepad.. change "-u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password" to reflect your own account.. save the .bat file you just changed.. then simply double click to launch it...

I wonder when/if hash rental services such as nicehash or miningrigrentals will add hodl's algo. I'd love to rent some hodl hashes Smiley

More fun if everyone is hashing on the same level.  Currently, buying then term depositing is the best to go.

Yes, you can. The bonus interest rates are going down all the time though, so you'll get a lower rate in 12 weeks time.
