E5 2650 x 2 = 360 to 410 hash/s
E5 2620 x 2 = 230 to 310 HAsh/s
I7 2600 = 138 to 158 hash/s
I5 3230m = 40 to 55 hash/s

What we need is to eliminate the botnets by removing all the pool mining.  No pool == no botnets == no individual astronomical hashrate == everyone win

Yeah somebody was doing some serious price manipulation with this coin on Yobit.  It's a shame but all coins on Yobit get manipulated hard.  I wish I could have sold my coins during the pump but sadly my coins were locked away in a term deposit so Ill have to wait until March of next year, who knows what the price will be then.

Yup lol that really sucks.  I wish there was some sort of way to get the coins out of the term deposit and maybe take a penalty so in the event the price skyrockets you can withdraw them and take a penalty or something along those lines.

My setup give me 0.01 BTC on Cryptonote coins (XMR,BCN,AEON) right now.
The same setup should earn at least 125 Hodl @ 0.0008 to be an equal profitable.

But I can't mine more than 60-65 Hodl today.
Last week I got 120-160 daily so it was profitable.

But not today.

The only explanation miners expect hodl go up. Let's see, if hashrate and difficulty go down - no chance for HOdl in its current state to hold the position.

I'm still not ruling out this coin. As said, either you HOdl or you don't. It's a coin meant to be held on, it will give you a bonus for not selling it. Doesn't mean you shouldn't, but you will gain more HOdl for it. If the hash rate goes up, less hodl per hash means less profit for miners wanting to make a quick profit. It will make them move on and try another coin. The hashrate will go down and that will mean it will give more per hash of the people are left. I run a HOdl miner on a few of my personal machines and that's about it, no farming. I don't think the farming will be profitable for a while. It should remain a single mine coin without big pools.

The coins I get I just hodl for a better day...

Well its not that you "shouldn't" sell it, its that you can't if its locked away in a term deposit.  If you don't do a term deposit the interest isn't nearly as high though so its kind of risky trade off between the interest and market movement.

HOdl is a long term project!  You need to be more patient.
Besides, I think that HOdl coin is a right choice for you.

I don't think this is a good idea. You either HOdl or you don't.
 That's the whole point.

Agreed, there should be no way to break your HODL.  It completely defeats the purpose.  If for some reason the devs decide to put that option in, make the penalty severe.  100% of any interest earned on that HODL deposit during the HODL and 50% of your original deposit are forfeited.  The forfeit amount all goes out as a single transaction with 50% going to a HODL developer's address to further the project and 50% goes into transaction fees that are awarded to whoever mines that transaction block.  If those are the terms, by all means break your HODL and I'll look forward to seeing your transaction block reward show up in my wallet.

Well I feel it necessary to post that, this has never been a function even discussed/thought to be added to HOdlcoin.. I know crypto and blockchain functions are still a new concept to many ppl.. And a lot of ppl are still use to conventional thought (banks...) But there is no take backs.. Once it's locked on the blockchain it's locked on the blockchain..

the concept was good and intention is for better future so staking it just like placing your money in the bank but in a different ways and much better earnings just think of it as a future investment we will see what we are missing hodl have many good things in plan.
