Maybe I'm missing the point of this asset - but what is the point? The successful assets pay out a dividend based on some sort of revenue stream. Yours, it seems, pays no dividend, but is based on the expected rise of Eth in the exchange. Why should I buy your asset that has a 2% commission charge for converting to Eth, when I can just go to Poloniex, sell my Burst and buy Eth with a 0.2% commission ? How does buying your asset to gamble on Eth value make more sense than just buying Eth ?

(Having just lost 3.5M Burst to what looks like it was a scam asset has made me a little more cynical than I used to be)

The point is that you can hold ETH in your BURST wallet without the need to manage many wallets for all altcoins. I hope more altcoins will get represented in the future in this mode. On NXT there are already 5 major altcoins represented in this mode and people like convenience.

I`ve created an NXT counterpart , hosting NXTEther on the NXT platform. Maybe in the future we can link BURST and NXT together as well, but for now my focus is on the ETH task.

They elaborate a bit more in their newsletter, saying

The following coins will be removed on 19.03.2016 if their average trading volume for the last month has not exceeded 0.2 BTC/day (or 6 BTC for last 30 days): (my bold)

People are encouraged to sell or withdraw their coins before the delisting date if the requirements for staying are not met. But, of course, no action is needed if the trading volume stays high enough.
