You can of course sell them right now but the fact is that its not good to sell them right now due to the fact that if you sell everything you will lose a lot of money. You have to keep mind the halving is coming.
Maybe sell that after the halving for a better value of your bitcoins, just trust what the people are saying here as they are mostly involve in monitoring the market of bitcoins, there will be a steady price increase nearing the halving and that is for sure.

Selling everything for what purpose it may serve will be quite good as long as it is beneficial to the ones concerned. If the purpose of selling is to extend the investments reach or gain more profits it will be very progressive if you put the uncertainty to minimal percentage. But if it is like a campaign then it just's need numbers adding you up into the strength.

Selling everything will be not that best and that is because there are still many people that wants to make some profit with Bitcoin and that would be nice. But of course it can be really hard to know what is going to happen later with the value of Bitcoin.

Selling now could potentially be the worst thing you can do. Remember the halving is coming. And also the world economy's markets are changing. In a way i expect the markets to dissolve partly which gives room for bitcoin.
Yeah don't sell it right now, just hold it until the halving and you can make some good money out of it at the time of halving as it is predicted that the price would be good at the time of haling so just need to have some patience till halving. I would not sell everything at once because there is a chance that the day after you sold the price higher is which could allow you to make more money.

Selling everything will be only nice if you have patience and when the value is really high and you can even see now that the value of Bitcoin started to rise so that is nice. But of course it will be really hard to know what is going to happen later in the future with Bitcoin itself but that is just the risk that you should take.

The best idea to sell everything is when you are earning a good profit to sell, this time is not a good idea to sell if you are wanting more on your investment, you need to have patience in order to earn more. Maybe after the halving is a good idea to sell as the price would become more stable.

Yes you are right, even I, I don't think selling everything will be the best. But if op thinks that he can get good profit by selling everything. Then that won't be a problem for us as long as he is earning a good amount for it, we just need to give him support.

I think that you never should sell everything at once unless you are deciding to stop using Bitcoin forever then it is oke to sell everything. The price can go up every time so be aware.

Right now if you sell every bitcoin that you have, seriously, you're a dumb person. We still haven't approached haling fully and I doubt that this is going to be the maximum price level before halving.
I much prefer hold and sell after the price seems unsustainable.

Selling everything will be not the best choice because as you can see now you see that the value of Bitcoin started to rise so it will be better if you are waiting a longer time. But of course no one will ever know what will happen in the future and that is bad thing of it and also risky.

If anyone could identify when the price was unsustainable, bubbles would never happen.

If you sell everything now, around 30 days from halving, then you are just retarded. The price is going to rise a lot when halving comes, be smart, save your Bitcoin.

Yeah! I am doing as well, I like to the surprise that every time I wake up the price of bitcoins is increasing, if this will continue until the halving, I would be very happy to rip the profit. It requires a lot of patience to do it but I am trying to do it myself, lay low with gambling and save it for halving.

The OP was made in January 2016. The focus is more on equities and other asset classes, which have been affected by quantitative easing.

Yes, somewhere along the line, people stopped reading the posts and just assumed this was about bitcoin exclusively and have only been talking about that since then. (The original post didn't even contemplate crypto, but mainstream investments.)

I think that right now quantitative easing, aka printing more money into circulation, whether virtrual or paper is becoming a huge problem for society. This is creating large asset bubbles in the securities market. So yeah, I think selling stocks for BTC is a great idea.
