Sell everything can be good only if you  think you will earn somehow triple of the amount  when you purchase them. For me in bitcoin, I will not sell everything its because  as they say that  price value of bitcoin continue to increase that might make  your amount higher than offered today.

The price has somehow retreated today and it would be nice to see how it performs this weekend. Is today just a rest period, or will the decline carry over to the weekend? I still wouldn't sell right now as it is still too early to make decisions. If $700 comes real soon, I might consider selling a few.

Bitcoin is currently test the support at the new value it had achieved, and i really believe you shouldnt sell your bitcoins till January when new megaupload project will be opened, and looks like will run with crypto coin, being bitcoin the only source of income as i had read, others altcoins should dump soo maybe sell a part of them till December may be a good choise.

Yes its better to hold them till the end of the year, and price is not too high at a moment so we can't expect higher profits and its good to sell when it achieves 4 digit price.

I also think like you. bitcoin prices will always increase every time. This time I bought a lot of bitcoin with the money I get in the real world. I believe in the future of bitcoin prices will be many doubling of current prices.

If we can hold it for next 5 years then definitely we will see higher price and that would be the perfect time to sell our coins, so selling now is not the smart move to make,  better decision is to save them for future.

I believe that selling everything  is not good decision. Not now , not for the future. I would not  feel comfortable  to give up all coins.

It is now good maybe to sell everything because you never know what will happen later  in the future.
The value can also be going down and that will be not good. But saving is also very good I think.

Dude, the main problem is you will never know what will happen later, and it's not about bitcoins only, so what? Everybody should not use their money?

Selling everything is just  not smart at all because the fact  is that the bitcoin has  a very good future a head  and there is just a big chance that  the bitcoin will rise in its price . I think its good to be patient  and not spend it at this time.

Im see on the last days several altcoins being pumped, and well sell them too soon will make you regret for the opportunity to double it or get a great return from your investment, crypto has future, it just made 7 years since bitcoin borned and made several people happy.

Sell some part of it if  you are happy with  the current price and keep  the rest for the future. There is potential for increase  in the interest for bitcoin, so I think it's better to hold  for next couple of months.

Well, i always sell everything include my bitcoins everyweek, because i always received my payment everyweek and when i received it, i always sell it all. I think there is no reason to hold it.

I hope you will also consider holding some of your income because we need to invest to make a good amount of money, our work here is not permanent so we need to make that when that time comes we can get some kind of retirement from our investment in bitcoins.

While holding bitcoins allows you to sell them at an increase in value. I feel that it is important to remember that making purchases with bitcoin strengthens the economy the bitcoin is based on.

So accrue wealth, yes...but that wealth is nothing without purchases being made.

Save a little...spend a little.

Spending coins is a great incentive for merchants to accept Bitcoin as payment option as they see there is demand for it, but in order to make people spend, there must be enough interesting stuff that you can buy with Bitcoin. People must buy things when they need it, and not make any impulsive purchases just because you have the feeling that you must spend your coins.

At least we can re-invest them for better mining equipment. Cheesy

Yeah buying unnecessary things with bitcoin will not serve the purpose as it will waste your coins, so till you don't find places to buy important things, its better to save them for future.

Who cares what the reason is for spending coins? If it's impulsive buying or buying out of need, it makes no difference to the bitcoin ecosystem. If the thesis is that spending coins is good for bitcoin adoption, it makes no difference the reason for the spending.

Sell everything now could be one of the worst things you can do. The markets and the world economy are changing and, from my point of view, there are good signs for bitcoin.

To be honest, selling everything is not the best way to make profit, because you can also make some profit in the future.
It's hard to predict, or course, but the potential is there.
