Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

How come the ico funds were used for byteballs? What are they?

Byteball is free distribution. You only need to link with your BTC address. For your question, there is no cost for byteballs. Lisk own 17% of first byteball distribution. Also Waves, Iconomi do. Read some post of Iconomi here: https://medium.com/iconominet/iconomi-acquires-9-766-of-byteball-initial-distribution-free-of-charge-cd9c4a5d49ac#.qz0mpcf5m

^you made a choice to buy into byteballs with money collected for Lisk? How is that a good idea and if you do not totally trust byteballer why invest with Lisk Community funds? makes zero sense unless you are affiliated !!!! *rolls eyes*

lol
First, it makes sense when you read the comments correctly.

The Lisk Team has only linked the ICO wallet with ByteBall. Nothing bought, no connections or anything else... nothing.
Waves and Komodo have done the same, every user can do this with his BTC Wallet. Gembitz can do this.

Please read the instructions in the byteball thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.0

So I think this talking point should be completed.

LOL this trader loser lost their bitcoins when he bought shitcoin Ethereum Classic (ETC).

This anonymous professional trader (1000 btc whale) now controls Lisk price. He made a big dump and doesn't give a price grow up. He sets the wall when the price grows.

Guys, prepare their harpoons for hunting.  Grin

He has not left anywhere. Just many people have started to sell when they saw the wall. If the price starts to grow, he sets the little walls 50-200k lsk. He has a lot of pressure on the Lisk price but you don't notice it.

Only in Crypto can promises net you millions. It's the problem with ICO's in general. If the idea was that good, someone wouldn't be seeking funds on BTT to make it happen. I've made hundreds of BTC trading Alts, but I always exit to BTC. Holding an Alt with hopes it will be mainstream is silly, if you look at any Alt/BTC ratio chart long enough, it always decreases with time. Be smart trading and don't hold any alt too long, sell when everyone thinks it will go moon.

That whale holds lisk and sets sell wall, if he doesn't dump lisk, lisk won't rise significantly.

I think that chunk of LSK was sold and/or withdrawn months ago.  Polo LSK holdings hit a maximum of 38M when he first deposited that 4M on 3 August

https://lisktools.io/accountInformation.php?address=6458009167317801978L

9.5M LSK has been withdrawn since then, so polo holdings are currently at 28.5M

The Lisk Team has only linked the ICO wallet with ByteBall. Nothing bought or anything else...

Financial Report 2016: https://blog.lisk.io/financial-report-2016-7e68cdd13b12#.sc5wmlg2s

Byteball: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1608859.0

Thanks for the post poly. I will take a look at the report now.

There is absolutely no connection between ByteBall and Lisk. We only participated in the linking process, as many other ICOs and individuals. We are going to announce at a later time what happens with the bytes we received.

^you made a choice to buy into byteballs with money collected for Lisk? How is that a good idea and if you do not totally trust byteballer why invest with Lisk Community funds? makes zero sense unless you are affiliated !!!! *rolls eyes*
Did you even read that Byteballs were FREE distribution?
People need to start reading more.
