Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities

I see more and more acrticles of bitcoin being used for illegal activities
will this hurt bitcoin in the long run , will governments ban this just like they started to do wih paying in cash for some services
to harden the use of illegal , and money laundering

Well for me I will never user use bitcoin for illegal matters, ever! though some of the people who had an idea about in bitcoin they used it for a bad habit which is illegal transaction syndicate in any places in the world.

If we are good people, certainly will not be using bitcoin for illegal activity. especially if we are in love with bitcoin, should keep it so as not to be negative news. because if bitcoin is used as these illegal activities will make people hesitate to invest in it.

bitcoin is decentralization system, so no people can force each transaction must be illegal, each people have diffirent mental and intention, so if he is good man, he will use bitcoin as good man do it, the same situation will be performed by bad guy.

They say there are a lot of illegal activities that transacts thru bitcoin but still I havent found any recent news. Yes there have been one but that is from back then and a stupid trade that didnt even done in a mall or with a lot of people. That is why he git robbed.

Bitcoin being illegal or legal is depend on the person, who use it? anyone can use bitcoin in illegal transaction or legal transaction.

just this september, Philippine customs intercepted Ecstasy tablets worth $155,000 concealed and hidden on puzzle boxes. Apparently, the drug syndicates used fake identities and transacted thru bitcoins.

but this doesn't mean that bitcoin is bad, it's how it was used that is bad.

I think it's different when you're using a fiat when doing things that are illegal of course you will be tracked easily using fiat,

It is possible mate because it is safe for the illegal activities since we are not giving our personal information to use bitcoin that things can do easily and without worrying that they will be detected.
