This coin should have a minimum block size.   The miners can simple invent transactions to themselves ifbthere is nothing.   Put a minimum near 2mb.  Then the users of cbit can show the world what good and bad consequences are associated with the 2mb blocks.   You can have a limit of 20mb and it means nothing if the blocks never exceed 1mb.
