i like to think of crypto like street fighter

each coin is a character...
those who have played the game from street fighter 1, understand the history and the fight styles
the now as the yrs went on, we got more coins , or
sf2 , sf3,sf4,sf5 = more character and more styles ( but there were a core few , never to be messed with and left out the game, due to their age and wide appeal...in this case, btc,eth XRP)
again the players from sf1,sf2 (satoshis gen, then us) days had advantage as they understood the styles of the previous fighters
lots of gd character to choose from, learn a few of them makes you a better player
hope im making sense to some...to those im not.. all i can say is..

Haaaaaaaaaadoooooooooooooookeeeeennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

just a thought...
if one btc can cost $3k
then there is no reason 1XRP cant cost $3  Cool

( next 3-5 hours my fresh fiat will become fresh XRP  Tongue )

I think XRP can easily reach $2 by the end of this year. But let's talk about the max Ripple can reach in the far future. If all the banks will adopt it and it will replace all the money eventually, 1 XRP might be as high as $750 one day, but hardly more than that.

Here's how I came to that number:

All the money in the world =~ $75 Trillion

Max Supply of Ripple = 100,000,000,000 XRP

$75 Trillion / 100,000,000,000 XRP = 750$/XRP

There are still some more factors to further increase the price of XRP in that case... in the far future.

1) The most simplest problem about cryptocoins is that, many people will lost their first wallet Grin Grin Grin And that money will be lost forever.

2) Some XRP will be destroy permanently per transaction. Imagine, with people around the world are using it for goods, services, etc. How many XRP will be destroy permanently, per day...?  Grin Grin Grin

I am sure we won't see all 100,000,000,000 XRP circulating in the market.

3) Economic growth. The cap won't be ~ $75 Trillion as of today anymore. Grin Grin Grin

What do you guys think? I'm in my wet dream as a XRP holder and I will do so in a really long term. Let's see what will happen 5 years from today. Thanks. Grin Grin Grin

One more thing, I noticed most XRP haters have a very similar thought to Microsoft haters. I will tell you that, I love opensource and all. I even use Ubuntu before I purchased the Surface 4 Pro and found out that Ubuntu is not major enough to use on touch screen device and battery consumption issue too. In the end, I will use what works best for me whatever it's close or open system. Now, I am holding BTC, ETH, and XRP to diversify the risk.  Grin Grin Grin

Yeah, I know. We are talking about the purchasing ability of $75 Trillion as of today. Of course in the future the number will be greater because of inflation.

I think your choice of cryptos to hold is an optimal one. BTC, ETH, and XRP are the most promising crypotos imo.

Yawn. So while all other alts enjoyed a great recovery today. XRP moved up and down with BTC (i thought you didnt rely on it). Then BTC kept moving and XRP stayed. It has pretty much moved sideways for 12 hours and guess what, its stuck in the exact same spot it was before the BTC drop at the end of its week decline.

How is that not a sign its either found its place or is going to drop slightly again. You threw news (and pictures) at it for a week and it went down. It recovers today and guess what, its picture and boom hype time guys but the fact is its the same as where it left off lol. Keep selling the hype, i think enough people got burned in the last week not to bother and that was 7 bill worth of your market cap worth...

I bought at 6k and sold at 17k satoshis because I considered it over pumped that time although it reached at 24k satoshi later. I was watching it and yesterday bought again at 8.5k satoshi though it was highly risky move but the results are awesome. Ripple has everything great except the total numbers of coins which make it unstable always.

I am pretty confident Ripple will rise again and can even reach 25k - 30k before August starts. And in the long run Ripple will generally continue up-trends with some bumpy roads on the way.

with BTC going down, most people are losing their confidence. but don't worry, it's just a correction, and Ripple is always strong

It's not just XRP. A lot of coins are mirroring BTC at the moment. ETH for example.

It wasn't just Ripple though, other alternative coins suffered the same fate, there must have been some panic amongst alt traders due to the bitcoin price correction.

Almost all of the top twenty altcoins nose dived by at least thirty percent on saturday march 27, with some alts suffering a sharp decline in price by around forty percent.

But lets not forget the massive gains XRP has made in a short while. XRP is surging alongside bitcoin and ether as well as smaller digital currencies like dash and monero.
