I think the Saudi Arabian GP was a good race for Leclerc and Bearman. Ferrari and Leclerc in particular will be the favorites for third place throughout the season. Maybe it's too early to say, but if the guys behind Leclerc don't go for him, he could see 2nd place a couple of times, depending on how Perez does during the season.

Bearman's got that Verstappen vibe. He's crazy. And that reminds me of Max Verstappen.
Red Bull's race pace is incredible. Maybe Leclerc will push them, but there is no one else to push them. I don't think we'll see any exciting races this season except Monaco and Barcelona.

Ferrari could finish second at every race if Sainz is there to back Leclerc up and protect his rear and it could be the other way around too if Sainz is faster in some races.

As for exciting races, Monaco is usually a boring race because the cars have a hard time to make a pass vs each other.  It's not just because the roads are a bit narrow, it's also due to the cars today are bigger than the years prior.

Anyway Aussie GP next!  The real season is finally starting.

Everyone is overreacting to Bearman, yes he is 18 years old and that is very young to drive at F1 there is no doubt about that, and this Sainz situation did benefit him a lot. But to be fair, Bearman has no way to get into Ferrari anytime soon. Hamilton and Charles will be there, and the earliest Bearman could ever get into f1 would be Hamilton retiring, which I do not see anytime soon, he could go for like at least 3-4 more seasons maybe even more.

So all in all, Bearman could be in f1, but not in Ferrari and we all know what that means because if he goes to some team like Haas or any other car, he would not be that good, there are 5 good cars and none of them has a spot for him at all, not right now. Maybe Aston Martin if Alonso retires.

The first race of the year is always special. The main goal is to have a solid weekend,
and finishing in fourth place at the end of the race is a good achievement. This is quite a big improvement.
Long winter, long seasons... but now Marques can fight!

If Marc hadn't overdone it back then and got straight back on the bike with a subsequent serious accident, I would have believed he could still win a world title on the Honda, but now I think the train has left the station, one or two more wins, Possibly 3rd place in the world championship, but in contrast to Formula 1, age plays a decisive role in MotoGP, you can't make up for it physically at some point, as you saw with Rossi, apart from the fact that the Yamaha was/is also bad, but Fabio was always able to get 100% or sometimes more out of it as a young rider.

Yeah...  Kinda like how everyone was reacting to George Russell during that year when he drove for the first time as a replacement.  And was it for Hamilton or Bottas..?  I forgot.    And I don't really care enougn to look it up.

As for where he could go, it could be either with the Sauber or the Haas F1 teams as they're engine partners with Ferrari.  So there could be some behind the scenes talks going with those guys.  Dunno...

The surgery he did his not invasive at all nowdays.
I think the problem he can have is not the pain but the damage of the surgery under big G force he will have in the car.

Ofcourse he can't risk to damage it, so he will need a medical "you can go" before to be able of using his car.

of course it's a very correct decision to join the best motorcycle in the current MotoGP. while Honda until now has not been able to develop a good motorcycle that can compete for the championship in MotoGP.

After Covid, (during Covid to be honest we are still under covid), Honda but in general Asian teams has not invested so much in sports.

We need to wait few years to see how the situation will develop but for the moment there is no competition.

I'm not sure if it wasn't also a kind of arrogance on the part of the Japanese teams, Marc was able to compensate for the deficits of the Honda as well as possible before the injuries, Fabio too, but Rossi has already warned Yamaha that there is nothing more to do and there are major deficits in the engine, the Honda was unrideable for riders other than Marc, etc.

And somehow these teams didn't want to know anything about it, Ducati wanted too much in development every year, now they are only turning the right screws and that's a good thing, Aprilia and KTM have already established themselves well with their comparatively low budgets.

Who would not want to tempt winners?I have seen it first hand in our daily life,when you achieve something in your career you see Linkedin offers coming to you right away,the same in every business,once you affirm yourself as a winner most likely other good teams will come looking after you with better job offers.I would also love to see the same moves of such drivers as this would mean better competition in the years to come.

Sainz had a pretty major surgery, it is not something you just get up from in a week and race, he should be resting. This is probably one of the worst things that could happen to him, not only because he got a surgery which is always a bad thing and nobody would want that but considering he is a millionaire and he is taken care of at the best hospitals with best doctors and care, I feel like that part is not the worst part.

The worst part is that he needs to show the world what he can do, and while it doesn't matter what he does in a few races, it is also important that he needs to show what he can at the end of the season. So, ending up above Charles means more to him than ending up above Sainz means to Charles. With Hamilton taking his spot, he will want another spot, and that's a tough situation right now.

The red-bull case is not over yet.
The woman who is interested has changed lawyers and will appeal in the next few days.
The investigation has been going on for months even though it was only made public a few weeks ago.
In case Horner is suspended Marko will probably leave the team. In addition to this, there is a release clause for Adrian Newvy in the case of Horner being sacked.

And not only that, the most important part: Verstappen has already stated that he will leave in case Marko leaves the team.

Sainz is one of the rumoured drivers to take Hamilton's seat at Merecedes lately yeah. However Sainz's condition is really complicated also. You know Audi are planning to enter Formula 1 by 2026 season. Probably Sainz will be one of their drivers as it has been said for a long while. In this case will Sainz drive for Mercedes for only a year? 

If Mercedes don't plan to make a long-term signing then there is no problem. They would plan to make Russell their main driver I guess.

I thought about Mick Schumacher beside Russell also but if I were in their place I would prioritize drivers like Sainz who could potentially bring more points.

Not saying there's anything wrong with it.  Lol.  I'm just saying it's happening and if that's really going on then I wouldn't take it against them if they go after the best CTO in F1...  And that's Adrian Newey.  And where Newey goes, Horner goes and it works the other way around too.  Newey won't work with any other team principal and Horner won't work with any other CTO.  Not at this point of their careers.  And if ever that happens there's one guy to blame and that' Jos Verstappen.

And you know what, I really hope it happens.  I wanna see Hamilton win his next title with Ferrari and with Horner and Newey behind him.

Horner has just been reported to the ethics commission from the girl.
I think the best possible scenario for him at the moment is a suspension.
At the moment he appears to be firmly in his position while the girl appears to be suspended from Redbull.

Of course the girl cannot really expect that she to be given the right against the top principal of the Redbull team.I also think that Horner should stay in Redbull and this should be sorted outside of F1 circus.I know the soap opera is always wanted especially in a sport like this that rarely happen such things people would love to see such drama.

The suspension of the girl from Redbull I am assuming that is a good move as Redbull as a team needs to be focused,most people would not agree with this but I think it is the right move so the girl moves out of the equation and the season continues normally.

As far as I know, the Thai majority owner is behind Marko and Horner, and he still has the final say. When Mateschitz was still alive he didn't interfere at all, but apparently he doesn't want to have internal disputes, so I assume he will have the last word.

It will be interesting to see how the decision turns out.

Red Bull will use everything in their power to protect Horner.  If there are signs that Red Bull will support the girl because of Jos Verstappen then this affects Newey and they're season.  I really do hope they suspend Horner so we see him get fed up and go to Ferrari with Newey.  It will be a new look for F1 and a welcome one as far as I'm concerned.

Anyway Australian GP is next!  This is where the new season really starts!
