No Patch 4 is very old, we do apologize for the inconvenience but the site is undergoing migration along with the nodes to in-house servers. There was a LOT to reconfigure and move and we're still working on it. In the meantime here is a link.

Make Sure you are allowing the new ports through your firewall, they may be getting blocked. (if you didnt previously have these ports)
