Mat, since you still haven't figured out how this market works, the last move was to secure a $500 floor. The downside potential now is about non-existent. We're engineering it to stay up because it takes time to drag the idiot exchanges Bitstamp and BTCE upwards. The longer it is up, the more they are forced to come along. Shitstamp attempted manipulation downwards only works very short term, they can't do it over a period of days. |

You always make it seem like so much work Mat. Did you ever try buying on the cross of EMA 10/21 with 24-hour period? We talked about that in one of your threads like two years ago when you were swearing and freaking out.
I can't handle the stress of actual day-trading and it seems to catch most of the upside. It translated to a buy at ~$405 a month ago or so, then sell at $450. Then another buy at $445 on the 26th.

Here is another one:  Missed out on large chunks of this upswing but fuck it.....no cunt can see that shite coming...... ....memories of FOMO buying and FOMO holding still linger.....and then not forgetting panic selling (in the midst of a tutorial right now, learning that very setup.....had I knew it 20 mins ago, I would have taken the fucker) |

Nobody, could predict big fkn green dildos like what we just had.....that is insane. The reason I don't just 'buy n hold', is cos I have been there done that, and generally ended up losing in the end. There is a whole psychological element to this game that you just can't legislate for. Who here simply buys at near the bottom, sits on their BTC, and simply sells near the top? Very few, I will tell you! The retard holders will hold, and keep on holding. Most of the rest of us, will buy, cash out, watch with angst as BTC keeps going, then FOMO buy back in way up the charts, and then send even more to the exchange for even more FOMO buying....been there, done it, got the T-Shirt, and ended up losing a fucking packet..... ....despite trying to short the bottom of this pump, I am up around $800 in the past couple of days, and yep, 90% of my BTC trading capital is sitting in USD, or CNY rather. The fact that had my market interactions been more timely, could have meant that I netted around $2000 in profts, doesn't bother me at all. Just so long as I emerge from this manufactured pump event still holding that $800 profit, and hopefully plenty more besides is all that concerns me. Most people who participate in this BTC pump, will lose. That is an inescapable fact. |

My guess is that in 30 minutes, Big Chinese BTC holders are going to get to their terminals, see that a bunch of long term objectives have been hit, and then they are gonna dump. Naturally, I would even dream of shorting this mother fucking locomotive train........but perhaps time to be thinking about retraces?  |
