I think its because of mychoice corporation which is debit card issuer for Uquid along with many other bitcoin debit card provider. After mychoice corporation is acquired by new entity, list of supported country have been significantly changed and now they are only supporting European territory.

I managed to successfully withdraw my entire balance on my MyChoice card today, Sunday morning. Never leave a big pile of money on the card. Card issuers are so unpredictable and the scary part is they don't say a word about policy changes until boom the ATM simply says no to your withdrawal request. Only then will you know that the shit has hit the fan.

This forum is to be thanked for being a platform and community where people can share important information about these exchanges and card providers. Some of them are as quiet as a mouse and will not say a word about impending disasters. Well, I withdrew my entire money on the card and will not load it with any bitcoins until I have solid assurance of the card's acceptance and solvency.

There is no information about what I asked.
They could receive in ETH then you need a fee to change to BTC and then another to change to EUR.

When this happened, fortunately for me, I had no balance left inside the card or the UQUID account for which the card belonged to. Is there, in this case, any reason I should still attempt to access my card such as potential negative balance or any issues using activating the card for future use (assuming it will be possible in the first place)? I am hoping for an official reply rather than a reply given by someone else's experience, since I would much rather have proof of official word on this.

Since I got no official response on the UQUID thread, I tried doing this myself. When you go to your account, click on the link that takes you to your list of cards. Once there, click on whichever card it is that you want to access or use. Click it for more details and then it might be necessary to click another button to show the full details of the card. One of the options says "Access Token". Copy the value in that field and then go to the website URL that they have posted in the notice that shows up in your account. After that, click on the Register/Activate button and create a new account by pasting in the token into the respective field. After that you should have access to all the transaction history and balance on your card.

As for the future, I hope they figure out a new contract soon, since I could not find any way currently to load the card or do much else other than check its balance or pay with it.

Edit: I just realized this *is* the UQUID thread. Still no official answer to my previous question, however.
