To achieve this goal of being really useful as a currency, i.e. 'exchange medium' we want to introduce adaptive emission policy and deposits with the adaptive interest rate to tame volatility, as well as other proposals like zero fee low priority transactions, 51% attacks protection (preventing of transactions revert) etc.

This sounds excellent. And I'm not a speculator at all, just a rather supportive for promising crypto project. Can you forward me any links to more detailed informations, especially regarding further milestones.

PaymentGate doesn't respect container-file in config since 1.5.8, only command line argument (--container-file): is it a bug?

What is the most safe wallet besides core one? I've installed core on external disk and synchronized it long ago. I've run it again after a while and it crashed (Karbo wallet isn't the only one, so probably this is on my side) However I store coins on Kuna at the moment as long as I'm not still sure what wallet should I choose ((

First of all make sure to back up your wallet keys (in form of a mnemonic phrase or as key string). You can use any of those three wallets, they are quite secure and safe. For occasional usage choose Lite wallet or switch Classic or GUI2 to the lite mode in settings so they won't download blockchain, thus they will be ready to use sooner.

I have a node setup on a VPS. I could open it up to public use. Any reason to do that at this point? Does this project have enough use to need more nodes for the light wallets?

Additional node is always welcomed. If you set fee address lite wallets will pay small fee but I doubt it will be economically sustainable, most of the owners do this to support the network, not to earn at this point. We will try to make nodes profitable providing them more rewards in the future.

The node is karbo.ceallach.pro:32348. Anyone may use it.  I didn't see any option to set or not set a fee when I configured. Where is that option? karbowanecd --help does not show that.

Thanks, I tried and it doesn't work. Probably I need to reinstall the wallet again on my disk. Fairly, it's worrying, I think I shouldn't use this PC accompanied by external disk and just try a light wallet. Anyway thanks for your assistance.
