http://www.ebay.com/itm/221378467457?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

since its non electrically conductive at all unlike the other stuff
Yes, I can say that it's really great. I bought it 1 month ago because I needed it for something and I liked it. I can't say you if seller will give you high quality one but in my country's localstore the one I bought was really great. You give a nice shot when you ordered it.

No.
Your six minutes average is indeed 8809.98Gh/s
and the real time hash rate at that very moment is 12768.53Gh/s.

Few minutes averages are not interesting at all.
What you should be looking for is few hours average.

@mamiakimo why did you restart when it is/was working fine?
your previous pic had 11.63 th average
miners need some "room" to function and they are capable of adjusting themselves.
to me frequent restarting indicates more chances for trouble

like what i said
awesome miner read the hashrate equal 9
and Kano pool too read it less than 10 TH/s
i have another 3 S9 600&550 and kano read there hashrate more than this machine
i think GH/S(RT) display wrong value

after 4 hours online on this new B17 this issue happen i have about 33-34TH/s
i lost about 3TH/s from this miner and i don't know why GH/S(RT) still display wrong static value when awesome miner read the correct value

i create reboot using power supply button off/on ( EVGA 1600G2 )
and it returned to 13TH/s
what i learned from this issue is GH/S(RT) in batch17 does't display the real time value but static value or something
do you think i have a problem on my PSU ?

guys, can we access miner status from different location?
i mean i want to check each miner status from my office/home/mobile device since i put my miner at my warehouse (local ip usually 192.168.x.xxx),
so i dont have to go to my warehouse changing setting/checking/reset on miner.

Mamiakimo, just let it run for a day and see what it's like then. All this starting and restarting will just cause you problems and cost you money.

May be a stupid question but has anyone changed the fans for quieter ones on the S9? How does it perform temp wise and noise wise?

not an option worth doing.  gear tends to overheat.

if noise is an issue   you can attempt sound proofing methods.

I have to go to the solar array today.  I will photo how I use this material

And the gui for the miner looks like all 3 boards are still hashing?  Based on the actual hashrate it looks like one of the boards stops working.  If the miner gui says everything is working normally and shows a hashrate for all 3 boards then I would be inclined to suspect it was a controller problem and not a hashboard problem.

Thanks Philip, I'm intrigued by the thinner soundproofing method. Only reason I ask is that I'm considering an S9 just incase they don't bring out another batch of the R4 as I need to get a more efficient unit now. And as you've guessed it's a sound issue  Wink

Are the ambient temps ok? My S7LN would drop a board if it goes below 18c ambient.

the miner display GH/S(RT) like GH/S(ideal) or close
but GH/S(avg) start to drop hour after hour
normal grean light is working on the front of the miner like everything is ok
but i still have 3TH/s dropped from my all hash rates
i think its controller too
but bitmain have a bad support and they still tell me let it go, its working fine

No I didn't get a fault light at all. Just the little red light on the top of the hashing board would go out. Restart it and keep the ambient at a nice temp and it's been fine. 9days so far without a problem.

You can to buy and use Noctua F12 to make your antminer s9 quitebut it overheats and burns down. Another way is to use mineral oil to make it silent but when you are using mineral oil, you have to know what you are doing and remember to don't pump the oil.
Hope it will help you
