We're happy to announce that the #Prime whitepaper will be available tomorrow may 18 2017 Great news: https://gulden.com/pow2...and this why Gulden is the only digital currency I hold still. Mind blowing changes appear to be coming with Prime. How far along is development? Good question?

I will keep investing in Gulden until the team has given me reasonable doubt not to trust them anymore.
Most of the negatives have said there won't be a whitepaper and prime will never be developed. The devs did say there will be a whitepaper (at one time) and prime is the next project. We will see who is telling the truth come May. I am expecting a half truth of no whitepaper but prime will be developed.
I am going to create a list of the haters, moderates and supporters and the camp they fall in and in the next 2 months we can see who is wrong and who is right. No Prime No Whitepaper: Prime - No Whitepaper: Prime - Whitepaper: Haters Moderates Supporters Gaster pijpenstelen crypto_beast Dutchyyy Luuk Litesire Donnatello Biomike Bluestreet Altcoinfanatic SuperOrca Rkatz Danslip Zonefan Glen Hoddle Psychoticboy myraidcoins Brito Danuberiver investeerder DutchCoiner b1007 DashNLG danijel jwinterm bram_vnl RodgerRabbit CoinTracks DGBforver After May we will know who to trust!Anyone wanna switch sides yet?

How the fuck did I get on that list? And to be fair, it's halfway through May and there's no whitepaper available yet, is there? Just a fuzzed out screenshot?

This type of response is why you got on the list, you are a non believer in Gulden.

Prime (PoW2) seems interesting Price already increased last days but on long term, this might be a good coin to invest in.

This type of response is why you got on the list, you are a non believer in Gulden. Folks like you who want to turn Gulden into a RELIGION and disregard inconvenient facts, do not help. You shill, but actually you troll. I can trace market drops because of your advocacy. Go see how other coins do it and learn to advocate better.

To be fair; don't take it as an insult; technology wise Dash is going to lag behind. Having said that: if they focus on development and less on marketing it'll be alright. I do think it's a bad idea to compare the 2 coins; it really is a different approach and you can read in the white paper what issues come with Master nodes and Gulden isn't implementing master nodes or POS but a completely different approach all together aka POW2. Plenty of people here trolling again but I'll just guess the white paper is too difficult for them to even comprehend. Let me know your thoughts! Regarding Malcolm; I have yet to find a smarter developer. What Malcolm and the team promise gets delivered. Anyway; good to hear that you are excited man! Same here haha

Bottom line. PoW block is signed by a selected node (in a sort of PoS fashion) before accepted in the chain. The signing node can add transactions to the block. So instead of one miner, you have now two miners per block. It's something to work around some of the Blockchain problems, but calling it "Blockchain 2.0" is IMHO a bit of a far fetch. And it is something to have the centralised signing node, run by the dev team, removed.

They call it Gulden 2.0, not 'blockchain 2.0' nevertheless I think it earns that title as it adds a lot of new, unique and interesting features. Especially for the targetgroup that Gulden has in mind in the long-term: normal people. I'm happy with the steady progress Gulden has made over the past year. I'm very curious how Gulden 2.0 and the EUR-NLG exchanges are going to take effect on the coin I'm holding for a long time, that's one thing I'm sure of!

And to call it only "a workaround" for some problems is a shame. The things Malcolm came up with aren't workarounds but real solutions.

Most coins start off with promises that never amount to anything. Gulden delivers and improves constantly, never stuck in time. More and more real virtual currency believers see this and join the party. Have not read the whitepaper but I like what I have read in the PoW2 link and FAQs.
