It is not easy because gambling let you think that you can earn a lot of money with it which that is actually not true, because you have to be lucky and that is nice.

I'm too facing lot of issue. I had stopped gambling last year but came back to gambling last month when I earned a bonus amount and I've been winning a lot with sports betting. Gambling is not a problem when you are not seeking to win money with it all the time. Gambling can become a problem when you want to make it your job. If you perceive sports betting as an entertainment and not a source of free money then your mind will be free of the desire to win a lot of money which leads to losing everything due to pure greed. When I am betting I don't expect to win most of the time, I am in for the fun of it and any profit is just a bonus that's all. I think that's a great idea. I won't go cold turkey I'll ease off slowly but surely until I'm using only dust or making intelligence bets on teams in esports.

I 100% support your decision. Like any other type of addiction, it should be overcome. To avoid the temptation to get back to gambling, you should always be busy with something.
So, yeah, you definately should get yourself a good new hobby. Some psychologists suggest to try extreme sports, for example... but this kind of activity is definitely not for everyone.

Extreme sports is really a good source to stay busy and to stay away from bad habits but sometimes when people start to involve in sports they start to bet on sports and once again involve in gambling and again start losing their money.
