then if you had a bad loss you are not "in a good mind state" and you try to risk more and place only bet with high odds (high stakes).

This is how gamble works. It really control the feelings of the people. When people are despaired, they will tend to bet bigger in hope to recover their losses. When people are greedy, even when they are winning by a handsome amount, they will still end up returning back to the casino as they try to push to win more.

Yes and I have been a live example for this, I whenever loose I just increase my bets and this digs a even bigger hole. I think giving up gambling is not easy for the same reason that we cannot quit once we loose and cant resist to play again when winning.

i do think having a method & sticking to it would save any person a lot of trouble in any activity
(whether its gambling, high risk speculative trading, even regular/routine productive activities etc.)

Actually it depends, if you don't have money and you wanna make money, you have to save the money, seldom or don't surf bitcoin gambling sites is a good way to give it up.

I think gambling is not good way to earn bitcoin, because some time you will lost all of your bitcoin. On gambling if you are win it will become addiction and if you are lost it will become curious. More wise you try to trading than gambling it will become profit as consistent.
