I am doubt this way will be successful, because if some one wanna stop play gambling it is must come from his self. And our family can not control every time. They don't know what we doing on computers and they don't know what our partner of gambling doing to us.

That is going to be needed if you really want to give up gambling you must have that determination to quit for real. Those things are the most important thing that be kept in minds to those gambler who really wants to quit. Even how many people would support you its would be still useless if you really don't help yourself first. If you have an addictive personality you should use that to your advantage and pick up a hobby in which that is a plus, if let´s say that you begin playing the piano and you liked it, playing more and more will only help you improve your playing, coordination, self-esteem, etc.

Yes make a new hobby considered as can entertain you, make you busy and can boost your self-steem.This step can forget and help you get out in gambling.Like the example above playing piano and my example is playing online games.

That is the best way to give up gambling for real. We know it that it is not going to be easy at all but if you have the will power to stop it then you are going to help yourself.

Why not find a girlfriend and put some time for her and for sure you are going to have something worth than gambling or if you can't.

But the advice about the girlfriend is mistaken, I think. A friend that was addicted to drugs and then rehabilitated told me that one of the lessons he was given was to not enter any romantic relationship for the next 6 months, the reason he was given is that he could become extremely dependent on this person, in essence becoming addicted to this person.

It is never easy to quit gambling due to human greed, when we win, we just want to win more and more, the only way to stop is only when you bust all your coins.

That's not true, quitting is not that hard...Even if you are greedy, you just need to experience a extreme loss that could make you think or have a second thought on your gambling habit... I just noticed, those who don't have obligation in life are the one's always get addicted to gambling, and sometimes those who has a problem... 

I agree, i have few friends addicted in gambling and they have no family of their own yet maybe thats the reason why they dont care even they lose their money its because they still have no family to spend their money with. btw, most of them has good monthly salary as career man.

I have friends who even have families and they are gambling very often. I even know one friend who gamble every single day. She will go to illegal gambling den and she has been caught and warned several times by the police. If they caught her in these den again, she may end up in jail but she still dont care.

That's quite a problem right there. There is only very little help you can give them, considering the case she's in. And my guess is that even if you want to help her, she may not want to accept your help because she is indeed very addicted to gambling. In my guessing, only time will come and play a role to help most of the addicted gamblers. But, how quick that help will come and save lives is the big real truth here. Always pray for better.

She might need to find new hope about life not spend most of her time gambling and a true friend might help her out, however it depends on a case to case basis, having said that she needs to find a new ray of hope or passion, and motivation to stop gambling at all.

Professional help or a so called intervention. Those two are the only ways to really get your self out of this gambling addiction.

Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

LOL, that is the simplest answer to the problem but I do not think anyone would do that. That is a complete waste of money and there is not challenge on that unlike in gambling where we have a chance to win though there is a house advantage.

It is not a simple answer but it will make issue most complicated because in this world without money tough to survive. There ar plenty of people we have seen who doesn't have money to gamble but they manage to borrow money and gamble to complicate the issue even more. Yes there is a time when a person has consecutive losses or in loss again even after a big win then its the time for him to realise that gambling can no longer be profitable for him and even make him loose only and thats the time to leave gambling and at that time if you wont leave then you gonna only go in more loss and get more addicted to gambling,which will be really hard to leave.
