Giving up gambling is not easy

Yup giving up in gambling is not that much easy. Many gamblers make gambling is there daily habit so they will not take any suggestion from us. If they really want to quit means don't know what they will do. If i want to quit means i see some suggestion what people will give suggestion. I tried but it was not work out.

Your right guys but maybe this method will help make a vacation with your friends or family in far places.. while you are having fun with your friends in far places we know he will come back home so after vacation go to psychiatrist so that you can get the best recommendation for treatment for your addiction.. to prevent or stop gambling..

If you are addicted to gambling it will be really hard to stop and that is bad because if you are addicted you can lose a lot of money with gambling and that must not happen.
If you want to stop you have to realize by yourself that you it is all wasted money and just find some distraction.

Being addicted is sickness and if you acquire that in your system well your getting hard time to go rid of it easily and maybe some people turn addicted in gambling are starting from small bet and win for the first time they try and try aGAin to GAmble for more and little did they not notice that they gamble more than enough than they earn, and they entend to borrow from their friends just to gamble my friend is like that but hes on almost addicted stage and keeping gambling tell now and that must be stop before hew ill be eaten by it its totally destructive if adict gamblers keeps gambling and didbt help to stop by their family

When you are into gambling for what ever reasons like making your fortunes or entertaining yourself, you will slowly loose yourself into gambling as it makes you addicted to it. Quitting gambling then literally impossible.

gambling risk is very big, so it's really not easy. if you give up, it's better for you to stop and do not back to play.

Did you mean giving up is leave gambling and free from addicted?
if that was true,yes i said that really not easy and need more effort to avoid gambling,even we brooke or have no money,we almost can't stop,the only way is go to area that have no internet connection.

It is sure not easy to give up gambling if you are not willing to give it up.  Depending on your status in gambling average players or seasoned players does not need any advises since they can control themselves in gambling. For the habitual and hardcore gamblers it will be a tug of war between the habit and giving up.  It would probably need gradual steps in loosening the grip in playing.

I was going to say the same as if a person has to give up, it's all in his hand and just logging off from gambling websites is the end of it. Even if it becomes the habit, trying to take a break or just stop thinking about it can be the best way. It may take a week or two maximum.

gamming is the best way to avoid more gambling , online game or offline , but offline game is not recommended for me . because you doesnt have friend on there. also keep your money on bank or your mother

Agree with you,people suggest some way to avoid and try to out from gambling addict,but they dont suggest to playing game,i think gaming can make people on adrenaline,so many game that match with all ages,like football game and FPS game.

But most people don't have this problem, its the gambling addicts that do. They basically need to stop completely. Betting in small amounts or gambling less won't overcome their addiction.

Like some others advised it's just best to find some other hobby that will take away your attention from gambling. I don't really believe in that you can successfully gamble just for fun or for small bits and not to get upset when you lose or whatever, I mean even if it's some small amount you'll get angry when you lose, I should know 

Exactly, you can only completely quit gambling if you are enjoying other hobbies that would replace the enjoyment you get from gambling. This is actually not easy if you are only doing it by yourself, you need to ask help for the support of your friends and family to get back to a progressive life. Gambling will only destroy your life if you let it dictate you or if you are slave of it because you will not anymore make a good decision and any bad decision you make involving money will negatively affect your life.

Well I've experience that too but the best way to get away from gambling is just by finding another hobby or things that will get your attention. Well what happened to me was that my classmates teach me to play LOL.

If you really wanted to get rid of gambling from playing real money then i can give you the detail about how you can leave gambling , or their is a site where you will be playing for gambling just like in real money but in that site you dont have to deposit anything but just play with the virtual currency of that site , and ya if you win their you will gains points and in conversion of the points you will gain gifts like mobile phones , data card, etc. in that site their is no option of depositing any real currency,

Actually, playing demo games are already thrilling and exciting for me. In the current times, I rarely use my bitcoins to bet but rather other online currency (such as dota 2 items and cs:go items). Watching and competing in competitive games diverted my attention in online betting and prevented me from spending unwanted sum of money.

Find a new hobby to replace gambling. Try working out, learning to code, video games or something like that. I wouldn't recommend gambling with play money, the best thing to do is do some new hobby whenever you feel the urge to gamble. Just keep it up and the urge will eventually go away.

Totally agreed with you many people asked me same question I also said find a new addiction so that gambling one will be gone.
