Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about not hapfmthe afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust ga!going casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

I think it is right that spending all of their money( in other sense we can say losing all of their money at once or in parts) will helpful for a person to give up from there , as after he will not have any amount of money to gamble again.

yes its really doesn’t easy to leave the gambling and I have seen people who are addicted to the gambling say that they will stop but I see them gamble again they just cannot stop themselves if they are addicted,but for me its just a time pass and I do it very rarely.

these people have no self control. they cannot control their pulse. they can only think about that and practically cannot quit gambling. and if they stop gambling they will start it again after some time. because they cannot live without gambling.

yes it is a fact that some time it become mostly impossible to stop gambling for some people, i have a practical experience of it, i have a watch man in my school and he is about 80 years old person, still he do gambling on regular basis, although he tried his best to stop it but useless. his family are annoyed from his because of his gambling habits but he is helpless and cannot stop gambling.

yes it is good to play according to our budget but it is also very difficult to control our self. some time we continue gambling knowing the fact that we are losing money but still we continue gambling tell we lost all the money we have. some time we take loan from a friend and still not ready to stop gambling.

my buddy has been doing much better because he stopped gambling year
round.

Maybe this will help others. Now he only bets on Football and march madness
and nba playoffs and he has been living a much healthier life and not losing his
arse as much.  He realized trying to bet golf, ufc, esports, football etc he wasn't
focused on just a couple leagues so he was spread to thin and betting in a uninformed
fashion.

So if you guys are having trouble maybe try focusing only one 1-2 leagues.

If you have something else to do to earn money then you better stick to it and earn more thru it than gambling. Give it up or you will lose more than what you have.

If you have something else to do to earn money then you better stick to it and earn more thru it than gambling. Give it up or you will lose more than what you have.

The way to stop gamble just do anything and get busy to others for you to stay away in gamble. I know its hard to giving up gamble but if you have a self controled you can do that to stop gamble.
