You should read again quoted post. You said that we need limit when we win or lose, so what is your limit when you win or lose?
I am not sure what you mean by monitoring inputs and outputs of investment and it has nothing to do with this thread.

First of all we must have a limitation to our daily loss that can be allowed. Second we must not chase our losses. Monitoring our losses or wins in never worth it simply because we will always want to win back our losses due to our greed and the bad feeling of having to lose our money in the first place.

Hence we must control our greed in order to stop. Otherwise our greed will take over and we will lose more and more until we are left with zero balance.

Some limit themsleves by taking just a certain amount when they gamble while some people only have limits when they lose all the money gey have. When youbsay you have to limit yourself, i think the best way is to first condition your mind that if you go beyond a certain amount, that's it. Take a friend along with you to tell you when it's already enough. It helps when another person tells you that what you're doing is already excessive.

Taking friends help is a good idea but many of the online gamblers will play gambling alone in their private place. They are not ready to disclose there gambling activities with their friends and other people.these kind of gamblers will make a strategy like they will fix one amount in their mind and they will stop play once they lose that amount. This is probably the most common tips that you could see around here. There are alot of people that just dont know to stop, saying is easier than doing it directly. Most people keep saying the same thing over and over however I dont really think that most of them actually do the stuff that they have suggested

that's true , i won $700 last week from several poker tables ,
but earlier i just lost it all , even more ,
and it is stopped me playing as i have nothing to play (not with a super hot money) ,
noone can keep winning , even i have tried to do bankroll management it is always ended up failed.

That depends on your control. There would be no stopping if you will be greedy at all. You win and you want more it will come to an end when you will lose sometime. Although some do win but a larger percentage still lose on a long way.

There is no practicing in gambling mate, there is wasting time, winning occasionally and losing a lot. No practice makes perfect in gambling. Unless of course you're playing poker.

Many of the gamblers prefer to do this type of strategy when they are going to gamble even me. But this isn't working for all the times because if we are going to aim an amount before we are going to stop. Probably we are just going to lose a lot of time and money before reaching that. It is going to be better if you are going to win some and stop so don't aim too much.
