Hi guys,
so is somebody interested in actually buying the device (A4)?

I am, so I need 4 more ppl.
Would be helpfull to specify a location, since "if" you buy a group of 5, you will have to re-distribute from a single shipping location.
That could hurt some folks if they are far away from you.

Please let us know your location and people will chime in and maybe you can coordinate a common shipping point.  If your in the US it isn't too late to join in our group buy that we already have going.  Just let us know and maybe we can help.

For those in EU you should announce your interest here and read back through this thread and reach out to those who have said they want to buy a miner in the EU.  Then arrange a trusted person to receive the miners and forward them to you.

I thought the bulk buy limit was 3 units to a location.  Did that change?

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

My discussions with Chloe she has always said minimum 5 units.
She did not say "multiples" of 5 units, so im assuming you could order 6, 7, etc... to a single address.

The minimum order to a shipment location was 3 in order to get the discount from DHL.

Interesting, even though I told her I was with the group by, she told me 5 units.

Quote from Chloe:
If you buy only 3, then I’ll have to wait for somebody else from the group to place an order of at least 3 units, since you are the first one to claim that you are from the group buy.

I suppose I could be reading that wrong, but she required at least 5 units to a single address.

Here is what Chloe told me on July 4th:

"For group buy, shipping is a concern since we can only enjoy discount from DHL for at least 31kg. Suggestion is that each customer buy at least three units. For customers who use their own carrier account, this won’t be a problem."

And that statement would be incorrect about the first group buy.  I and another member here already have our order in with Chloe and we will be shipping our order to Searing here as the trusted party for our order.  If you want to join us in that purchase you can still do so.  PM me and I can message Inno and let them know there will be more orders coming in to include in our order.

I know several people have expressed interest in this thread.  You might try PMing them to see if they might still be interested or if they have something already going that you can tailgate on their order.  Just a thought.

If you want to jump in with our group buy order PM me and I can get you the details and I can let Chloe know to expect an additional order.

So I would suggest you pick a leader to coordinate your group buy for the EU and get a shipping point arranged.  That is how we are doing it for our US group buy order.

It would be a good idea to pick a member you trust to receive the miners and handle the customs, and secondary shipping if needed.  This person will receive the shipment from Inno, and then coordinate the shipment or pickup at their location and will communicate those costs and any customs that will have to be paid.

Also please do not forget these folks who are volunteering to help us that are trusted members of this community.  Please remember to tip them for their help as they are doing us a huge favor.  We couldn't do something like this without a certain degree of trust and people willing to take time out of their own busy schedules to help with this.  Thank you Searing for helping us with the US group buy!

Yea, it was based on the info I got from Chloe about less than 5 requiring waiting for additional orders.
Got the order placed on July 5th, but I think I can request additional units be added without delaying the order.
Anyhow, that's 5KW, and I have 10KW available on my mining circuit, so should be good to go.

Anyhow, still waiting for a realistic video of an actual full-sized miner, with details on power configuration and such.

Thats whats worrying me as well. taken from the Inno website:

Update on July 1st:

World Most Profitable A4 Dominator Miner is coming soon! Early batch goes fast with best efficiency ever and very limited quantity, and who are the lucky ones to get the access to the first batch will, with no doubt, enjoy the early gain before anybody else, that means big profit.

Pre-order price: 1800 USD per unit plus shipping fee, 5 units to start

Estimated delivery time: Starts from August and max delay is one month.

If Inno is going to ship them latest september (which i doubt) one could expect them to have at least 1 miner they could show to the public......nobody else wondering about this?

I got an email from signing up for newsletter at Innosilicon and they are at a tradeshow -- if anyone happen to be nearby -- can ask them for more info on a working A4
