hmm, darn. just when it seems like inno has started working out the kinks i get word of Bitmains L3 coming in january. 250Mh/s at 400 watts..
Sadly i think i may have to wait to see how that goes, correct me if wrong but close to 50% more efficient the L3 will be?
Of course BMT's quality severely lacks usually compared to Inno... ooo DECISIONS! lol   (Bitmains are 2300$ USD tho, bit more)

I have tried 805, 810, 815, 820 so far.  Others have suggested to push it up to 822 and you can experiment by going up on mhz at a time, but I don't know off the top of my head what the ceiling is for the mv setting.  So you may want to ask some of the experts here what they recommend.

Inno have set the upper limit at 850Mv which I think you're safe to go too. In terms of burning them out per the warning in the GUI, I don't think it's possible. I had one shipped with a failed fan and another fan failed (soldered joint broke) in service and rather than cook the card, they both went into a failure mode where the LED flashesd incessantly until I powered them off, cooled them down and restarted them.

Remember Inno promised: "Server Grid Reliability: Built-in high-procession (precision) temperature sensor for automatic chip protection and variable frequency operation to maximize chip life time"

It works, I've had them up to 835Mv for a short period with ho harm done and cooked 2 and they just bounce back. Since the B3 upgrade they are A2 rock solid at 281Mhs 24 x 7.
Keep an eye on heat.

I have and I saw the inverse of adding more voltage for a given MHz, hash-rate falls.
Try it yourself.

So I am looping back and going to give zpool.ca another shot, let it run for 24hrs and lets see how it goes.

I often rent from MRR on www.zpool.ca and don't ever see issues. Only with the rig themselves. Usually the hash rate is above the stated rig rate.

Perhaps. We've only recently implemented changes to the stratum server to help with high speed ASICs...

So my hash rate evens out to just about where it was with Prohashing as far as that is concerned.  So while I see huge swings with hash rate on Zpool the chart shows me roughly the same picture I saw on Prohashing.   

It is hard to compare the earnings since the value of the coins fluctuates to much.  I can say comparing the day before with what I saw with Zpool.ca I made more on Prohashing, but that may have more to do with coin values.  A person would need to run for an extended period to weed out the market noise.

Got the Reflash Jig today -- TLDR, it didn't come through shipping flawlessly. Still works but IMO it needs to go to Chris @ PH.

Reflashed mine to B3 and they are working great so far.

Mrmph. If that board bangs around those 24 gauge wirewrap wires are going to break (solid core). I wonder if you could stuff the box with fiberglass insulation or packing or pudding or something.

To lower the risk of damaging miners during the delivery, we decided to ship the Jig rather than the miners.

I don't know how the order has been determined.  I was just informed who to send it to next.  So I should have it in the mail tomorrow.  Hopefully it arrives undamaged. 

I was going to try and repack this in a more secure way, nothing I came up with made any sense.  I may see if I can find another sheet of foam to put over the top of the jig to keep it in place better, but I will have to see what I can come up with around the house. 

Delivery sequence of Jig in the USA is decided by the time sequence when we received email from the batch 1&2customers with agreement on the Jig delivery as attachement. Till now we received 8 customer's request. And now the Jig is at the 2nd person's site.
We will ship more Jigs to the USA gradually. There may be delay due to the holidays both in the USA and China.
