Devs, is it possible to get a live price ticker for the cost of jewels when bought with paypal. Now that bittrex finally woke up and listed jwl it would be good to have that information. Because truthfully we should be trading at about 5% less then your sell price but without a ticker most traders wont know the real world cost of jewels and will be trading blindly.

The price of jewels with paypal is set at .05/Jwl. That will be adjusted if/when the price of jewels on exchanges passes it. We want to avoid having to constantly change the amount of jewels players get and also avoid capping the price of jewels on exchanges. We'll be keeping an eye on the price now that it's hit bittrex if we see it getting too close consistently we will look at doing a price change on jewels thru the paypal option.

From a player perspective it's very disconcerting opening the shop one day and getting less for your dollar so we try to keep it as static as possible on our side. If they want to risk the rise and fall of the price of currency they can use the various exchanges linked from our shop page to purchase externally to load up their game account.

Sorry - all prices I reference will be in USD. Bad habit of mine when discussing currencies I always convert to USD for my math.

Our goal is to make sure there's always a healthy margin between the paypal price and the exchange price both to avoid constant adjustments being done and to make sure that investors and traders have a reason to use exchanges. The paypal option is there for convenience but is by no means intended to be a replacement for exchanges. We make the assumption that those who plan to spend significant amounts of money (say more than 25-50$ at a time) will prefer to use exchanges due to the increased number of jewels they can get for their money. That's one of the reasons we dont offer any pack larger than 100$ and dont offer any steeper bulk discounts through the site.

The secondary reason for the gap in price is to ensure that when we do buybacks to replenish the paypal fund that we're not as much at the mercy of the market and its fluctuations.

<Edit>

For those asking - yes I did just make a yobit act for the trollbox. Not an impostor with my nick.

I'm personally a big fan of the fa-diamond as a design starting point, but we'll be discussing this more soon and possibly holding a contest for logo design Smiley

People seem to enjoy previews of upcoming work. Here's a quick look at the improved interface for the mass composer system that was released.

So far the mass composer is working great and players really enjoy it. We want to streamline it more so that it's more visually appealing and add increased functionality. This is the prototype I've come up with and sent to our web designer. Can't give an exact estimate but we should have some of the improved functionality released to players in the next week in addition to other new features that are currently on the development table.

Never made it back down to 2k eh. I'm truly surprised and a bit disappointed mainly because I really wanted to buy more jewels at the ico price but at last, in the end, it was all just a dream. I'll send some btc over to bittrex and try to catch a falling knife or two there, otherwise I'll just hold my jwl and wait for the poloniex pump in a year from now. Good job devs or the bittrex listing, in the end were you made to pay the 3 btc fee?

Welcome to bittrex, did you pay 3 btc listing fee there? Or they added you without fees?
