Hello, Since the recent spike I have always been interested in bitcoin. I was a click away from investing in 100 bitcoins when they were £5/coin years back and sitting on them for years. I'm absolutely kicking myself. I only brought one in the end Also very interested in Ripple and the decentralized architecture they are developing.

I've been kicking myself since I chose not to buy any when they are around $7 a pop! You have my sympathy! I'm curious how ripple is going to affect the Bitcoin economy though.

Hi everyone. Another newbie here. I am looking forward to learning from the forum and I will start from the old Satoshi posts as suggested. Thanks. Any tips for additional paths to start with is appreciated.

Hi all! I've been in Bitcoins since 2010, first mining in 2011 and now accepting Bitcoins as a merchant.
what do you sell for bitcoins? And how do you establish their value WRT fiat money on sales? Do you convert everything to (eg.) USD first?

Hi, I'm the admin of http://www.bithaggle.com a new, crowd sourced, bitcoin marketplace like Gumtree or Craigslist. The point of Bit Haggle is to take Bitcoin back to it's roots as a currency rather than a commodity. Got something you want to sell for bitcoins? Post it for free on Bit Haggle. Looking for work and accepting Bitcoin as payment? Post a wanted advert on Bit Haggle! Got a job that you need doing and happy to pay in Bitcoin? Post an advert for free on Bit Haggle! Run a website or service that accepts Bitcoin as payment? Get a free listing on Bit Haggle.. We've a team slowly adding new websites and services as we find them, and developers and artists working on adding new features and improving the them, but what we need is you guys, the people actually using Bitcoin to start using the site for what Bitcoin was actually for, a decentralised currency! All feed back is welcome! Bit Haggle http://www.bithaggle.com

Hi! I've been in the ASIC industry for more than a decade, covering most aspects of ASIC design. I just registered so I can reply to the, shall we say, less informed posts about ASICs, and perhaps help you guys steer in a more realistic direction.
ps. No, I'm quite busy so I cannot participate in an active capacity in any miner ASIC project at the moment.
