- What are IAO’s?
IAOs bear many of the same traits as traditional Initial Coin Offerings and cryptocurrency launches, with certain exceptions. Most notably is that every token offering is an officially licensed, US government recognized commodity, reducing the amount of due diligence required for risk assessment to zero. Every single offering within this ecosystem can be done on U.S soil. Value analysis of IAOs is reduced to two primary categories: economic variables (What Artist exclusives the coin grants you, amount of coins available, amount raised etc.) and price discovery. Artist exclusives can be specific merchandise, backstage passes, a mention on stage, whatever the artist desires.

All offerings will accept USD, BTC, and ETH. When trading begins, the sole trading pair of the IAO is TAO, meaning all value is contained in the TAO network.
