So should an investor keep their ANS on an exchange so they will be more liquid? If I brought them in to a wallet as ANC would I be able to easily convert them to ANS? It seems difficult to sell ANC directly.
ANS and ANC are two different cryptocurrencies, you don't convert ANC to ANS (or vice-versa). Think of ANC as a dividend given to you if you hold ANS. If you keep your ANS in an exchange you'll be missing on ANC, because you won't be able to claim them. |

I've contacted them through email, post in reddit, PM david in Reddit, and here. Why don't they reply? I'm giving them an opportunity to reply if they're legit.
Some others are having this same issue.
We want our ICO coins invested.

You can read the white paper starting from https://github.com/AntShares/AntShares/wiki/Whitepaper-1.1#j, it talks about ANS and their distribution, and ANC and their issuance. Yes you can move your ANS later and keep your ANC. Actually the only way to claim ANC is to do ANS outgoing transactions (you can send them to your own address if you want). |

UPdate: I tried tweeting them @antshares and still no response for 2 days now. 8 BTC invested in them is not a small amount. It's been 2 weeks since I claimed my ICO and have tried to contact them in every way possible. |

I have a similar issue, although I have claimed the token and send it to a new wallet few months ago. But recently when I want to get the token, it seems none of the web wallets are working.
I have already asked in the antshares slack, but also no one answered. Really frustrated, it can not even implement a proper wallet ..
I am thinking just hodl, maybe few years later they can come up with a light wallet without syncing..
I think when I claimed the tokens, it said 5 days. Does anyone want to buy my ICO tokens. I'll give you the private keys. Can you see your token on the block explorer? Get "404" error. As far as i understand if you get that error message, you dont have any token there or no transaction has been made, please correct me if im wrong. You should contact the support for that, personally the only issue i have the last time i used the client was i cant claim the ANC, i dont know why cause i dont follow the news But I see the my share of the tokens when I logged into the ICO portal. And I clicked on the claim 4 days ago. "andreibi" mentioned they will contact David because user, "crazed", and maybe others were having the same issue as me. "Crazed" already contacted support for over 1 Month, but they never got back to him. andreibi, did David get back.?? Yeah, but he suggests to keep claiming thru the site. Keep doing it was his suggestion..  Someone on this thread had been doing it for over 1 month. I sent support an email and no response also. I posted a comment in Reddit antshare and no response. He just ignore us and tells us "keep claiming?".... what?.. do it everyday for another year. If they feel like it, they'll give us our invested ico? and if not, they don't care about us? I had invested almost 8 BTC on Antshare and I've waited this long to claim, and now that's the response from Antshare when folks want to claim the ico? Sadly yeah... Truly disappointing... Maybe they are ignoring you out of spite (let the white devil snowflake crybabies squirm). You were given ample time last year to claim. Although this is not a reflection of the technology they are trying to push. |

Me too. It s unacceptable now. I will ask exchanges to delist ANS if devs keep answer "Fuck you" to ICO investors. |

I haven't been there for quite some time, but back in the days they were quite responsive, try contacting wentao there. And by the way, after you claim, funds are supposed to be transferred to your address manually, so as long as no one does it, they won't show up. |

Not a scam, but they are not active and working hard before and during ICO. After they the fund, they are boss, enjoy the money and release nothing. Now Antshare spend most of time to develop the market in china. Antshare team always working for develop and community build. They ignore btt but they work hard. I already complain for not share project progress for foreign community. |

Wow finally, tried it and it worked great, just had to use google translate all the way and had it at bittrex pending stats in less than 5 mins.  i was dreading a 13 day sync time! Thanks man!
