Hihi all

I have 8 gtx 1060 6 gb

I get around 23 mhs OC.

Is this ok or can i get more mhs.

Pls advise

considering i can only get 18,5 mh/s out of my GTX 1060 6gb hynix memory, i would say you are very lucky to get 8 of them to run 23mh/s

BTC no more than 6k by end of 2019. ETH no more than 300$ by end 2019. Huge market manipulation, huge amount of scammers and hypers.

I had some serious issues with the rig rofl to long story to tell.

It works now fine on w10 x64 and msi afterburner.

My rig works almost flawless with v10.0 all higer versions are not stable for me

Share your configurations! Would be good for others to use to see if they get the same results.

I will share but I am at home now. Our business is closed today and with all respect im not going back to the office today. So thats why I asked whats your friends setup.

What I can tell you is that the change from linux to w10 helped me alot. with linux crashed alot etc etc etc

From now on I will only buy 1060s with known good hashrates. There’s too much variance and you’re really at a disadvantage if get a card that will only do 20 or less MH. Having good memory Brands like Samsung or Micron isn’t guaranteed anymore as I’ve had even some Samsung 1060s that would NOT go over 21MH

I have 6x 1060s now. Each 23-25MH

4x EVGA SC (single fans) 6gb with Micron Ram - 24 MH each
1x ASUS dual 6gb with Micron Ram - 23 MH
1x ASUS dual 3GB with Samsung Ram - 25 MH

Old cards that were shit (sold or returned)
EVGA 1060 SSC2 6gb w/ Samsung - 21MH
EVGA 1060 SC 6gb w/ Hynix - 20MH
MSI 1060 OCV1 6gb w/ Hynix - 21MH

Pls advise

Run GPU-z and see what vendor of DDR5 memory your cards have.
 Check them one by one.
23 usualy is normal for Micron.
The other chance is you did not overclock enough your Samsung memory to go to 24-25

Hynix memory really sucks.

Got some cards with Micron memory -> 22.5 MH/sec (-100 Clock +992 Memory - 35 Power)
Same setting on the Hynix and is mining with only 18.8

Tried to get more juice of them them but the memory is not stable and Claymore is resetting every 2-3hours. Even that the Micron memory could get 24 MH/sec but the Hynix just 19.5. Good that I have only one Smiley

Hello,

as 3GB cards will soon be unusable for Ethereum and also Bitmain seems to bring ETH ASIC miners, I am looking for a good coin to mine.

What would you suggest?
Ravencoin?

I'm using my cards to mine spec coins. Coins that are of no value right now but could have value in the future.
