yes vod gave the red trust a year back, you must consult the reference why vod gave such feedback , as far as i remember OP returned funds to major investor , i am not encouraging you though but you much watch this project i feel it is good.

There are 2 methods in which OMC addresses accrue revenue:
1. PoS (interest, 5%/annum compounding daily)
2. Biweekly dividends from the IAO trading fund.

I just checked http://delta.investments/ and so excited about buying OMICRON through initial offers. But sadly I find that the prices are fixed in bitcoins not with any altcoins. Why not you use shapeshift kind of exchanges?
Still, I agree if we go with dogecoin, we could save a lot in transactions fees. Because now a days we need to pay at least 0.00047574 BTC as Optimal Fee per Kb to get confirmations in next few blocks which is equivalent to approximately 4 OMC.

The problem you have is just a little  exchange litecoin first to bitcoin from any exchanger you use ,then after exchange it use bitcoin for joining ICO that's very easy if you really want to join.

The problem you have is just a little  exchange litecoin first to bitcoin from any exchanger you use ,then after exchange it use bitcoin for joining ICO that's very easy if you really want to join.

If you want to use your altcoins to buy some OMICRON you can convert it to bitcoin, it is easy to convert in exchanger site that altcoins. I think it is easy if you want to invest, but if you dont want you have many reason.
