participated in ICO but got some situation that worry's me, when I first registered and enter in cabinet I seen 1(pack) words pass, then i made backup of words and decided to relogin , then for 3-4hours i couldn't do it, because of ddos, after that time i get success to login and got another words phrase, i backup them also and invested. BTC address was the same. After second backup of words that form dosnt promt third pack of words after multi logins etc, so is is ok? My second pack will not make me loose my ICO KMD?
We will add the functionality later to reset the passphrase, so don't worry. Regards |

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Yes mines also slow right now. As in you press "sign in" and it just does nothing for about 10 secs to minute. It does eventually go through for me. It's certainly not ideal and might be even longer when under stress. Just to be clear I'm not part of the KMD/SuperNET team. I've expressed my disappointment in the way it's a few things have been handled in the slack. I'm told they will be working to solve issues. Additionally some people have reported issues relating to DNS propagation. I suggested using Google's DNS servers and flushing: 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 (just a personal thing I do) Similarly disable any adblocking software that may be blocking resources. |

IF people have 1 year from the end of the ICO To exchange BTCD, how can the final figure for "funds raised" be determined before that 1 year is up / the final balance of Komodo determined? Because its dependent on how many people exchange BTCD right?

We must assume that all the BTCD is swapped, and most probably most of it will. The BTCD's have a promised exchange rate which is used to calculate how many KMD's each BTC and BTCD buy. We have made a calculator for this! Check it out |

Hiya, Whilst I understand your frustration and point it would be helpful if you could give specifics. E.g. "when I type all my details in and press 'register' nothing happens. I have tried refreshing and repeating the process and still nothing'. It appears to be working for myself and many others now. Not to say that you don't have a problem and that it shouldn't be aided, just that it is likely 'client-side' so to speak. The bonus period was extended 24 hours to compensate for problems. |
