If your polo lisk is pending one thing I thought of if you want to do it is cancel your withdrawal of lisk from polo
sell it for bitcoin, transfer bitcoin to bittrex and buy lisk there and send.  Bittrex has had no issues sending Lisk to us all day.
but you will probably lose some value in the process.
but it is another option.

I stored my Lisk in a wallet off of an exchange which is much safer. And quicker as we all just found out. I know it's too late for those who didn't but in the future I'd recommend storing any coins you own off of the exchanges.

At the end you will know how much tokens you have bought with your Lisk. Then you will get the bonus.

For example when tec ends if someone got in with LISK last week and his final ARK number will be 1000 ARK you'd receive 2200 ARKs if you both would deposit the same LISK amount. In 6h starts 70% so you will receive 50% more than someone getting in from that point on to the end of first week.

Like cannan said, cancel the withdrawal, sell your lisk to btc,withdraw btc to bittrex and withdraw lisk from bittrex, that is much faster than waiting for inefficient polo. At least you can handle it by yourself, not rely on polo

People must know about tokens amount.

Your tokens amount decrease cause the price per token increase. If you buy 1 btc today, in the last day you keep with 1 btc but your token count will decrease.

Exactly and if you deposit 1 BTC today it will count as 1.3BTC as opposed to someone getting in the last day will count as 1 BTC = 1 BTC. Also as said bonus will be added on the final numbers.
