Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ?

It is now going to be destroyed as some news and speculations that a central bank will adopt the usage of bitcoin and wants to make their own service as a crypto bank. So this type of idea will be just like what you are feared to happen but this is not going to be a good idea for we are using bitcoin because wanted our information to be anonymous.

It will defeat the purpose and one of the feature of bitcoin. Maybe the are also doing it not to be left behind,because more campanies and their competitor are also doing it. I think this is competion and they want to be at pace at todays new technology.

Well i think he ha a point that if bitcoin banks adopt bitcoin the anonymous of bitcoin will gone. but i think it depends of the banks if they will still collect your real information just to deposit and withdraw your bitcoin..
So it will be still depends in the government what will happen if there is bitcoin banks..

It will definitely not help poor countries and create new jobs. That's full nonsense. I am fairly sure that you know the online wallet service blockchain.info? That services can also be seen as a Bitcoin bank. Do you know BitPay? The same goes up for that service as well. You are thinking too far when it comes to the term Bitcoin bank. Why we would trust our bitcoin into banks, knowing they cant protect their costumers accounts? Hackers does steal funds and banks arent able to noticie those neither, i do have my own bank already, blockchain.info, why i would let once again banks to allow me to moove and use my money? Im free and i do like it, i do believe people are more interested into get some fee with  bitcoin deposits, but you can make those alone.

No, I don't think it's a good idea. Bitcoin is decentralized, we manage our own money. If there's bitcoin banks that means someone take control over our money. And there will be administration fee if we put our bitcoin in there. I don't wanna pay for that.
Bitcoin wallet can be considered as a bank, and it's secure enough to put our bitcoin in there.

And that will also mean that bitcoin will no longer be bitcoin. I mean what I love about bitcoin is its being decentralised and tax-free and having a bitcoin bank will totally destroy what bitcoin really means. Exactly, if someone uses bitcoin it only means they want to be their own bank and they don't want to keep their money somewhere else or don't wish to give them to a third-party, and if we again open bitcoin banks then there will be no use of using bitcoins.

At first I liked bitcoin because you don't need to have a bank to start earning. Anyone can just create his own bitcoin wallet and not upload any document at all. I don't think mixing up the idea of bitcoin and bank is a good idea. They are two opposite things. Bitcoin is anonymous and decentralized, while bank is not anonymous and is controlled by the government. The whole point of bitcoin will be destroyed if the idea of bitcoin bank is implemented. It'll be just like fiat.

Im still thinking, if there could be a bitcoin bank, certain rules need to obey, bitcoin transaction will also be the same with fiat transactions, it will not be convenient for user to go outside, fall in line at the bank teller. The idea of having bitcoin bank was not really a good idea. Transactions will never be the same. If you are going to invest using bitcoins its hassle to go to bank first and deposit. Unlike now you can buy bitcoins even at person to person.

if it is a fact then it is really a good news about the future of bitcoin, i think then Switzerland has to accept bitcoin as legal currency, i think bitcoin will become more popular if any country take the step and consider bitcoin as legal currency.

Well fractional reserve banking within bitcoin is impossible thanks to the limited amount of supply, in theory... because I remember accusations to certain exchanges that where supposedly running fractional reserve type of activities. I don't know how is this possible, but actually they where doing it. I think it's as simple as using the bitcoins that are deposited there to do investments in your back... that is why I can't never trust anything that isn't myself holding the private keys.

it is only possible if you do not hold your own keys so to speak. imagine this. you give me 5 bitcoins and i write down on my paper, that you have a found of 5 bitcoins. i have two other customer which also deposited 5 bitcoins each. i can now do with the 5 bitcoins what i want as long as you do not want them back. also i do not need them i you want to transfer your bitcoin to one of my other customers. but i i take the 15 bitcoin and invest them and lose them, then we have a problem since i would have no chance of paying you back.

And take that is Central Bank of Switzerland then for sure they will give big contribution in the bitcoin industry. This is a good move that a well known and rich country is the one who voluntarily say that they are now planning to accept bitcoins. So if other countries will see this and tries to adopt it also then bitcoin is no more anonymity.

Big country adopt then small countries will follow, it will be the start, this country sees the opportunity to grow their market with bitcoin and to think this is bank, it is already ensured that they have made a study with bitcoin to come up with a very good decision.

Yes I agree with your oppinion, if bitcoin bank come, I sure too many terms and conditions. Of course it makes no difference if we open a bank account, it will be a lot of data that is required to open a wallet to send and receive bitcoin.

Definitely not!once the bitcoin bank appears, what will happen in our digital wallet?are they going to be deleted and all bitcoin users are required to open an account in bitcoin bank? Well, i think that very invonvenient. I am using bitcoins because i dont need to go to bNk and fall in line just to deposit and withdraw my earnings. If bitcoin bank will rise, what us the sense of being digital currency?

i think not all bank users can use bitcoin especially old people who's difficult to operate it
