Smooth design, smooth site, and it's very easy to do trading here. Withdrawal is pretty fast, like 2 mins only. However, everything changed since yesterday. I withdrew 0.54 worth of ethereum (2340383), and guess what, it has been more than 25 hours now! I opened a ticket 11 days ago, and until now no support reply on it. I closed it today because it's useless (#90879). Yesterday, I decided to open another ticket, hoping in despair that they will at least reply on it. Although I think it's useless as well (#135866). And the worst part, I was kicked from their discord channel yesterday because I'm asking this. Lmao! Guys, I don't think it's safe to do a trading here anymore. Seriously. At least until they are 'reachable'. |

I´ve sent 1.2 NMS to Cryptopia from my NMS wallet almost 16 hours ago and it got stuck on Cryptopia with the status 17/20 confirmed.
Is there anything I can do to get it confirmed? In the meantime I´ve sent more NMS to Cryptopia which got confirmed without any problems...

Was a combination of Ethereum network issues and a miscalculation of gas. Gas was increased to push the high volume of Cryptopia user transactions through. Ethereum is having serious scaling issues.  |

With all the negativity in this thread (and most of it well deserved), I have to admit that the exchange has been working a lot better for the last few days. All my recent deposits and withdrawals went through reasonably fast, and the site doesn't feel as sluggish as it used to. Just thought it's only fair to post good experiences here as well and not just the bad ones.  |

Im glad some of you guys recently got your withdrawals but no kuck for me yet, my ETH withdrawal says "Complete", but the TXID supplied does not exist in the blockchain, etherscan sais "Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash", been 2 days now. TXID 0xda5a312465dbeda81ae0c898b7a87ef4ad8d79d518c99d7f2e5e8ee19b8ec48d
I've opened a support ticket but no word yet, the frustration is real, any advice on what I can do?

Please eliminate the minimum withdraw level on coins you no longer support, like 1337. It says minimum is 20,000. That coin is now revamped under the name Elite, without changing the blockchain, and it has regained value way back into the Sat range, like many coins that you delisted.

I've left negative feedback on the OP until my coins have been credited.
Still no answer to my support ticket and no coins. Maybe if do your Homework , or not to Lazy to look for you have seen that !!! I wtihdrew 2271.91 XEM's yesterday from Cryptopia.
My wallet ID is NBX3QKZJV2UPO3NJ5ULTFW2V5EE4N2I5N2REX7PO:342625360456
In cryptopia site the withdrawal seems like it is completed. However there is no such transaction in NEM blockchain.
Cryptopia shows a TXID as
52898884d59222861b7dafce1cff74cc763d10b032135aece97bad47b9003246
But there is no such TX in the blockchain.
I included both the address and the message in the withdrawal request.
My withdrawal no in cryptopia is #2438359.
There is a lot of withdrawal and deposit problems in cryptopia nowadays. They should bring a solution or suspend deposits/withdrawals.

The E-Gulden (EFL) wallet is stuck at 1028749. The block that is actually being processed is 1028849. There is almost a 2 hours lag on blocks, and thus the deposits aren't being showed at balance page. Does someone can fix this please?  Thanks. |
