Deposit & Withdrawal Updates 16th February

We are aware of issues with long processing times on deposits and withdrawals. This doesn't affect withdrawals of ETH, ETN, BTC, LTC or DOGE.

We apologise for these and have been working hard on a resolution.

As of early next week we expect deposit times to be back within normal ranges, while withdrawals may take longer to restore to normal operation.

In the interim, please be aware that processing times on deposits or withdrawals may exceed 30 hours, although in most cases are likely to be less than this. Please don't submit support tickets relating to processing delays as we are unable to expedite these manually - our focus is on quickly resolving the issue for everyone.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding

The Cryptopia Team.

Ok, i am fine with that, but consider giving us back some compensation for opportunistic loss we have been taking it while you are having difficulties. Every company, every serious company, that really takes cares for their customer, would consider that as an option to keep them at their side.
Nice suggestion. The least they could do is to make 0% trading fees for a month. I would prefer some free airdropped coins to my Cryptopia account to cover my loss because of waiting, they could pay this from trading fees, but this is unlikely.

Cryptopia, if you're reading this, please check my withdrawal 3145205

Wait months like everyone else dude.  Angry

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

But they paused ETH market and close ETH withdraw. What they means under "doesn't affect"

looks like they prepared for SCAM and taking all out money

That's about as useless a reply as it gets. We know you're "investigating issues", just like you're doing it with a few other wallets as well, it's been saying so on the balances page for a while and we're all literate here. The question is when are you going to finish? ETA? When is the ETH wallet expected to get online and the market to open? When are you planning to enable BWK wallet? When are you planning to enable XVG wallet?

trading pace is not as it used to be.... awfully slower now.

@lafu, cryptopia has to address concerns and other issues faster to gain confidence back to your exchange....

processing for 15 days.  No support no coins.  The worst exchange on the internet.

They don't have my coins I bought is what I'm thinking.  Put it on processing until they can actually accumulate enough coins to pay for my withdraw or not.  I bought 1000 innova coins on the 5th.

Price has plummeted since cryptopia holding my coins hostage.  Lost .3 bitcoins.  That's more than $3000 I lost because Cryptopia's incompetence to run an exchange.

ZCL and ETH updates, 20th February

 ZCL Withdrawals & Coin Fork

We are aware of the continuing concerns of our users regarding ZCL withdrawal delays and the upcoming airdrop.
We would like to reassure our users that we are processing ZCL withdrawals as the highest priority. We are in the process of dusting the wallet in an effort to speed up the withdrawal process.
If withdrawals are not processing correctly within 24 hours of the airdrop, we will credit any accounts holding ZCL at the time of the snapshot with the appropriate amount of BTCP within a reasonable timeframe, assuming all external events go as planned. Please note, users holding BTC will NOT be included in this airdrop as BTC has not been affected by these issues. We currently have no plans to create trade pairs for BTCP on our exchange, however, if we do credit BTCP then holders will be able to be withdraw their coins to an external address.

ETH Deposits

Last week there was a temporary technical issue with our ETH deposit tracker. This caused a small number of deposits to show incorrect values. Because of this we put ETH into maintenance over the weekend while this was resolved. We can confirm that all problematic ETH deposits have now been corrected and all balances will show correctly.

I have a feeling that here are some crybaby and mother's mummies. The market crypto-currency is a risky occupation, it is common for the owner of the exchange, administrator, moderator, etc., can
- to imprison
- get sick
- take a vacation
- die in the end

The provider can turn off the Internet, the server can burn, the database may fail.

The thief and the swindler only then - when the person has thrown all on money and sense in an unknown direction.

p.s. I was waiting for the withdrawal of coins for 24-30 hours. Has made about 50 both deposits and withdraw for the last 2 months.

And how he should return you, if he does not have any technical ability, or time - you are VIP person. It's all in order.

And in general, before you transfer or buy a lot of coins - you need to make a trial purchase (for a small amount, say $ 10), transfer, or withdrawal, to understand - whether the system works stably. otherwise you will hurry and everyone will laugh
