for the record, nicehash fee is 3% (if you buy hashrate, you pay 3% too, so they make 6 % in the end).  Its not that bad, but you would probably make more on a good pplns pools with 1% fee on the long run.  Its not a bad option, but its not the highest paying in the long run due to fees.  To truly make a comparison, you would have to input the tx fee to the exchange (if there is one), the exchange cost to sell the zec, the tx fee to withdraw from the exchange.  (assuming everyone wants btc in the end).  Maybe someone should put 1 gpu on nicehash, and 1 gpu on another pool for one week to settle the story Smiley

That is true, for ethereum i never managed to get more then 95% "luck" from pools, with zcash is even worst I miner on few, the "luck" was from 80-90%, maybe now some pool give you over 90 %, and when you calculate all, like you say we lose some extra
I might say I get a bit more from flypool, but luck was up and down I am not sure, because test was not done in same time, and even if it is, luck from different pool one day can be totaly oposite

eqm 1.0.2C  1070 OC 260sol/s  with some undervolt ~120w... suck you AMD!  Grin
This miner applies only to Nicehash pool. Also, 30% of hash going Nicehash . 260 - 30% = 182 sol/s  Grin . Also, payments are only possible in the BTC (not in the ZEC).

Why do you write LIES?

All hash going to pool, you are paid in BTC by fix rate, also if you mine direct to zcash pool you do not get 100% as whattomine calculator say, you get maybe ~90% maybe 95% but no more for sure!

at nicehash per 1000sol/s you get 100% as whattomine calculate, same you can see at whattomine page!
would you get more mining zcash directly, maybe but not 30%, more like 2-5% max

how mutch do they eran i have no idea at all, maybe 5%, maybe more, they sell hash power or they sell zcash its their bussnis not mine

@reflexmk
sad AMD troll as one up

Sp_ this is explained in detail ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=826901.msg16974045#msg16974045 ) .People write to Nicehash  has no pool, it's already only an intermediary between the miners and the other pools.I read that miners diverted to Flypool.

sp_ has been drunk that night, as it happen with him  Cool
you have what to mine, payrate for nicehash is 100% so you can compare to calculated luck, and you know you will almost never get 100%

Hello guys, how much do you get per r9 380 (4gb) ? I'm getting 130 sol/s with stock settings. Can I improve the performance?

Core to 1000 and memory to 1500 (stock bios) got me to about 140-145 a card. Bios edit I am sure can get more but I had trouble doing the bios mod on my cards

Nice, I'll try those settings tomorrow, even if  my first option is bios mod/edit. Thanks

I dusted my old 7770 and put to work along with my 480 for an extra 57. Now thinking of placing the even older 6950. Anyone has any performance numbers? These cards have been paid many times over so as long as they generate revenue above electrical cost they are worth putting them back to work. Tia

How did you get a 7770 and RX 480 working together in the PC? What Windows/drivers combo?  My 5770 1GB does 3.5 h/s on Windows 10/Radeon 15.7.1.

First installed the 7770 using 15.12 drivers. After installed the rx480 using the 16 latest driver. They started running unstable under the same miner so I had to run them in separate processes they seem fine now. Now I'm wondering if I can stack a 6950 using the same process. So far I'm doing 260-265 sols.

i don't feel bad for pulling a couple of 5990s out of an older watercooled system now.

The price just dropped a lot.

a hell of a lot.  Guess people are jumping to ZEC now the DAG for eth is too big for 2GB cards and the slow release is now over.

that and the fact the price is falling again, currently down to about $60 a coin

typing 260 and 120 to whattomine...

$1.66/ day. Revenue. Time to celebrate.

The price just dropped a lot.

a hell of a lot.  Guess people are jumping to ZEC now the DAG for eth is too big for 2GB cards and the slow release is now over.

that and the fact the price is falling again, currently down to about $60 a coin

Maybe people are more interested in bitcoin.
