maybe your bet size is different?
yolodice has speed limitations depending on the size of your bet and if you martingale, consecutive (and larger bets) would be processed faster
when you win a martingale bet and it is set to return to base on win, your next bet will get delayed, usually
here is the table:

It's there to prevent flooding the server with too many bets that do little contribution to the game. The internal delays are:
Bet amount   delay
0 BTC                                      1 second
0 … 0.00000010 BTC                      0.5 second
0.00000010 BTC … 0.00000100 BTC      0.1 second
all larger bets                              no delay

I know about the delay with lower bets because there is a warning but with 100 satoshis too?
Is that a new rule now? So should I go for 200 next time? Because I have been doing bets for 100 satoshis since before for testing the rotation of the roll.

Thanks anyway, I will keep that in mind.

its not a new rule as far as I know, also 101 satoshi bet will do the trick, anything larger than 100 has no delay
good luck with your Martingale strats Smiley

Hello Admin.I have recently lost my password.

Would you be able to help me recover my account?

Thanks In Advance.

If the account has no master address set, no deposits, no login nor password, no email address — we cannot recover it.(reference from YOLOdice faq)

So please write an email to yolodice@zoho.com and try to provide any of the above information details. Hope this would help you.

Thanks.

I remember I lost my account password once and I did not have a master btc address set either.  Undecided
Just messaged Ethan about it using their email system and he was able to recover my account for me.
You only need to contact him and he might be able to help you if you have the required information he is needing so to prove you are the correct owner of the account.
Good luck to you.

Good luck everyone.

One more thing - we lowered Bitcoin withdrawal fees to 0.0003 BTC per instant withdrawal and 0.00015 BTC per batch withdrawal. I hope these network prices will not skyrocket again!

Cheers,
Ethan

Have you considered to offer users the ability to withdraw Bitcoins using a custom fee?
It is great that you have lowered the fees to 0.0003 BTC for instant withdrawals, but this
is still too expensive with regard to the current state of the network.

E.g. the fee estimator of Coinbin recommends a fee of: 0.00000678 BTC.

This is obviously much lower than the YOLOdice withdrawal fee.
I know that you probably have to pass on some of the costs of consolidating
user deposits as well but maybe you could give the users a little more
"wiggle room" when making a withdrawal by enabling custom fee withdrawals.

I have forwarded both your messages to Ethan so he can help you.  Please keep in mind, it is just 1 person that runs and codes YD, as well as handles support requests (Scott doesnt do support), and the large majority of support requests are handled within 24 hours.

Hi,

I have replied to your email, check the details and. The reason it was not processed immediately was that either your account does not have an email address set up, or you sent an email from a different address. Let's continue this over email.

Ethan

New features at YOLOdice

I've been working on ETH integration for a while, but we pushed a few other (highly anticipated) improvements to YOLOdice:

1. When you PM someone and he's off-line, he'll get your message once he logs in back to YOLOdice. Until today he could still read your message, but he had to open a PM channel with you. Now it opens automatically and shows any unseen messages

2. When you send a message to a person and he's off-line, we'll tell you it will be delivered later. This way you know your peer is off-line.

3. Now you can select text on mobile devices. By allowing this we relaxed some restrictions previously enforced on phones and tablets.

4. In chat, mobile devices with small screen still display time a message was posted. It was hidden before.

5. In chat, when you hover the time a message was posted, a tooltip will appear and show the date too. This is really useful on channels with low activity, so you now know if the message was posted at 9:00 AM today or a week ago.

I hope these improvements help! Other than that I keep working on adding ETH - it should be ready by the end of Feb.

Cheers,
Ethan

Quite interesting to see all those improvements at YOLOdice! The integration of ETH payment option is going to further increase the ease of playing at the site, unlike when it used to be until LTC came on board. However the possibility to have an internal exchange system will go a long way in bring out the beauty of having a number of payment options. RGB-Exchange was obviously doing a good job in the exchange to and fro of BTC and LTC, was however disappointed to see it has been put on hold. Please have it working again!

There is a HUGE demand for an exchange indeed. RGBKey decided to stop his exchange bot because the market prices were so volatile that providing exchange service with 1% fee was too risky for him.

RGBKey, if you are reading this - maybe you could re-launch the exchange with a higher fee until we complete the on-site exchange?

Cheers,
Ethan

And telling your player that this is a dead end in your email is disappointing, other admins or supports will ask everything, their txids and wallet in that account. I sent my txids and the wallet i deposited in that account ethan.
