Probably the garbage hynix MJR crap right? short answer is : 1536*8*2 and you have to get that custom GDDR5 strap from the thread here.... Not the Good hynix strap from polaris 1.6.3 editor. memory won't give you errors in HW info, clock it to 2000 default and know that 2100mhz is near the blue screen threshold :-) but yes, it gives slightly higher hashes around 905 h/s with old GG (and new afaik)
Can you describe what means 1536*8*2 ? I don't understand them. I edited straps via SPB Polaris editor. But I don't remember numbers like yours. P.S. Yes, cryptonight algo in GGS 1.1.14 is stable as rock! No one issue happend during couple of hours allready!

The conversion formula is: [new value] = [old value] / [local work size] I would try 128 first.

These hashrates are unreal... I must repeat that BIOS mods for Claymore's do not necessarily work for GGS.

Hi here. This was not very happy day 2 report. https://s5.postimg.org/64fhi1es7/screenshot_3209.png1. Custom pools did not load /at start/ nor at 1.1.13 neither they do at 1.1.14 https://s5.postimg.org/re33swi87/screenshot_3210.png2. 1.1.14 neoscrypt at pool's diff d=128 completely compels my RX470 to do cold reboot at all of my 470/480 farms, while I was 150 km out of them. Really the RX470/480 need more initial diff, smthng like d=256 or d=512 and this is the point to review. However the 7950 were fine with d=128 all day long. And nobody of my slaves could help this case. Pity. I call them slaves while really they R just stupid cows able 2 jerk off and out the EC switches, nowmore. 3. I myself am too stupid to give the wheel to anyone while testing. --*not very angry, just laughing the case* Be on the way, let's go!

It turned out that my NeoScrypt kernel is more demanding than the other kernels and I need to be VERY aggressive with fan control. I will upload a more stable version shortly.

What about lowering power consumption with neoscrypt?

No. For 580 best setting is 128*8. You can try 144*8 - it gives the same result as 128*8. Maybe on your cards it will be better.

Good news, guys and gals! I fixed a few critical bugs with CryptoNight and the miner is now as stable as a rock! No rejected shares so far. I will upload a new version very soon...
Wow, also a big improvement with the hashrate. From 1007 h/s with v1.1.13 to 1070 h/s with v1.1.14 THAT'S SURPASSING CLAYMORE!!!Also, "Copy to Similar Devices" great idea. What cards? Please more specific. On my 580 and 270 speed the same as in previous versions... P.S. zawawa, for 270X best intensity is 60 not 40. Please fix it. MSI Radeon RX580 8GB Gaming X - bios modded, driver version 17.12.2 I have this card too. But i have only 860 h/s on it. What clocks you're use and what bios mod? Mamory hynix or samsung? Here are my memory straps: UberMix 2.3 1:1500 and up 777000000000000022CC1C00AD615B41C0570E152DCB7409006007000B031420FA8900A00300000 010123A46DB354019 Good HYNIX_2 2:1500 and up 777000000000000022AA1C00B56A6D46C0551017BE8E060C006AE6000C081420EA8900AB0300000 01B162C31C0313F17 no OC, never got any stable settings and with the latest driver it is a pain to test. Waiting for Zawawa with a great solution Your card with samsung memory, thats why it gives above 1k h/s. It's ubermix straps do. Hynix memory with strap you wrote can't do that. Yes, GPU-Z is reporting that all cards have Samsung memory. But when I used the "One click timing" feature of jaschaknack's Polaris Bios Editor v1.6.4 I got two messages, "UberMix 3.1 applied" and "Good HYNIX_2 applied". Since that mod was not stable at all, I took the UberMix 2.3 strap from the source code and applied it to 1:1500 and above. For 2:1500 and above I used Good HYNIX_2 also from the source code. Please note there was a lot more testing in between before I came to this. My cards are running stable with this mod with most algos but I haven't had luck with OC and undervolting. Only with Neoscript the rig is draining to much power at +1400W (at the wall) my 1200W PSU quits. When I am back from my trip I can post the original and modded bios. Polaris Bios Editor didn't know what memory your cards have. Bios of card is for cards with both types of memory. Because of it Polaris Bios Editor applies straps for boths types of memory. But with hynix memory 1k h/s on cryptonight is unreachable...
