Does Zpool support setting rig ID? For example in password "-p ID=Rig1" ?

Yeah, website seems to be flakly today, can't tell how my miner is reacting, as I'm at work.

Try:

....  -p <rigID>,c=<your coin preference>

Works for a few of us.

Do watch your payments closely after first setting this to make sure you didn't impact your payouts.

There might be other/better ways to do this.  Hope those folks will share those methods.

yes thats the way. Put your worker name in the beginning of the password:

miner001,c=BTC
miner002,c=BTC

And so on.

why there are so many coins in status "New"? What does mean exactly "New"?

It should mean "just found the block, not 100% that it isn't orphaned yet" or something along those lines. Smiley

when trying to get paid in DigitalCoin DGC ....your site changes it DigiBye DGB with DGC  address.... tried two different DGC addresses and the some thing happened.

strange thing is Ive been paid DGC with  the same address  last week

 my DGC address is DKVSjRpp8dmGLQahf9P7zmmkadFkSJByvX

I hope this gets fixed soon so that i can use your pool again

thanx

Mine is DEhrrDM7sxgj6mN4XoVLiGbgYmgfRWZUcV and was paying out okay - but I wasn't checking it regular the last couple of days and then it just
stopped sending, but at least it is in dgc.and has a balance so I'm assuming the wallet is dead/messedup/slightly confused, figure if the coin has been dropped from the pool there would be like a twitter thing or something on it. If I'm wrong well... he does say on the front page no guarantees if you mine anything but btc.

Driver version can have an effect on hash rate. Though from personal experience, it's usually negligible. I'd guess the reason you see older versions in the benchmark data is mainly that it doesn't pose any benefit to do frequent driver upgrades. It'd just be wasted time. Especially for a rig which has many GPUs and a weak CPU. Upgrading can take a long time in certain cases. And then there's the risk that the newer driver will be buggy or introduce new problems.

"If it ain't broken, don't fix it."

As for neoscrypt profitability, multiply 0.45790 by your hashrate in MH/s, and the result is the value you would receive after a day of mining if that profitability estimate holds true, measured in milliBTC or mBTC. If you're being paid in something other than BTC, you'll get the equivalent amount of that coin when it's added to your balance.

thanks for the feedback

for neoscrypt mining using Nvidia 1070 (4 card) i am getting 3080.4 kH/s. Is it good enough? also which miner will you recommend for these nvidia cards.

on top of pool page, there is a benchmark section, check there, also click on miners then on algo, you'll see types of miners connected and versions.

Yeah. This is bothering me too. It seems to have a negative affect on your earnings if your miner switches away to another algo before they switch status to immature.

Hi there,

can someone help me?

Have a Moonlander 2 and want to mine DGB at zpool.
Here my config:

./bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://scrypt.mine.zpool.ca:3433 -u <wallet address> -p c=DGB -S MLD:all --set MLD:clock=600

> Mac OS x 10.13
> Disabled SIP, installed UART VPC Driver (v5), reactivated SIP afterwards
> Software: bfgminer-5.4.2-futurebit2-mac64

Error message at startup: [2018-01-19 18:48:06] Waiting for devices; press 'M+' to add, or 'Q' to quit

He can't find my device. Already tried M + all and so on... No chance...

TY in advance,
Vincent

Sounds like a start-up issue, not a Zpool issue.  Why don't you ask in one of the Moonlander threads up in the Mining (Altcoins) forum?

You typed it wrong     should be c=XVG

You need to contact zpool to get that fixed now.

Looks like timetravel algo is acting up. I'm getting extremely low accepted hashrate (~7MH/s vs ~45MH/s reported by miner), and pool stats seem pretty off as well - as of right now, it reports 260 miners and 2GH/s hashrate. That seems absurdly low when even a single high-end card should provide 30-40MH/s.

EDIT: Looks like it was fixed shortly after I posted this Smiley

With Bitcoin now on a separate schedule from the rest of the pool, I'm going to make payouts every 4 hours now and bump the minimum to 0.05.

Bitcoin payouts will remain once a day with 0.01 min and 0.0025 low ball.

Hey, all you Yescrypt & M7M "datacenter" miners - check this out:

https://github.com/MalthraxCrypto/stratum-proxy/releases/tag/v0.8.1.1-malthraxcrypto

I forked Stratehm's stratum proxy code and added a few extra options to increase the connection timeout.  Been running it non-stop for over a week now with no issues and no lost shares.

Rather than pointing your hundreds & thousands of VM miners directly at ZPool's stratum ports and flooding us small guys out, why not use a Stratum Proxy instead?  Point all your 100H/sec VMs at the proxy, and point the proxy at Zpool.  That way it'll consolidate tons of low H/s connections into a single high kH/s connection!

Maybe we can go from 20,000+ connections down to a more reasonable 5-600 instead.
