I don't think that will happen within few weeks after the mainnet is released and all the investors get their coin.It may take around 3-5 months for EON to hit 10x and being an exchange coin I doubt hardly all the exchanges will list this coin.

I think the September release is better because of many uncertainties in August, so by September all the dust about Bitcoin fork must have settled down and Exscudo platform can launch with possibility of huge market acceptance

I agree with you for them to launch it in september, but I also hope they are really focused on developing their project so that when the launch no longer announces the delay, then let's see what they are doing now.
