What if there is something very wrong going on with bitcoin or with the world but it wasn't apparent to you and not public and not out on the news, especially not on this bull forum? Or what if bitcoin is simply 20x overvalued from its fundamental level due to massive pumping by mtgox and china over the past year?  If a major TA indicator as big as the 1W ema goes down, it is a hint that one of these might be true. TA helps you predict movements based on things that you don't yet understand. Read the chart, not the news.

Human beings are very tiny and thus passionate. I agree TA is a proper method to be realistic.

Despite so, I still wish to be passionate once again, and this time I bet on bitcoin. I set at the very beginning that if bitcoin win I win, if bitcoin lose I lose. I accept bitcoin to lose at zero.

The thing left is, if bitcoin wins, there is a chance I lose. That would be very bad. Hodl is one of the ways I agree, the other way I see is to buy as cheap as possible, mathmatically.

Either way ignores TA. Have to. These are two ends of spectrum, though we have to understand each other.

Keep cranking out the FUD.  It's pretty transparent when you said you sold a few pages back.

So we are approching the triangle/flag end, is this the up breakout ? *Open eyes*

Here is an Chart I did 2 days ago with updated candles : (check original here : https://www.tradingview.com/v/LWuJblFx/)

I'm wondering if the ask wall @600 on Stamp are real or not.

I am watching the same line here. I think the walls are real and still they will be eaten.

There is another long trend line around 610 - but if 600 goes then it will go past that other one too I think.

At one point this thread had 5689 pages... someone must be deleting their old posts or something. I wonder if they are trying to hide their admission of mining/buying from big bro.
It is quite common in fact, it's the only way to stop being notified of updates in the thread.

10 EMA crossing above the 200 EMA for the first time in a week. Looks promising.

I'd like to put in a request for 700 by the end of next week  Cheesy

To me it is the worst way to describe bitcoin because the meaning of "virtual", especially in the context of the internet implies a "non-reality" or simulation of something real.

Indeed (to the non-reality). Show me a bitcoin. Or even a "bitcoin serial number". There are only transactions. Virtuality in almost its purest form.

It probably deserves the "virtual currency" monicker more than traditional virtual currencies.

This is true. But for convenience we think of Bitcoin as units and that meme + vertual = not real.
When CNN calls it virtual they do not share your understanding they are thinking not real as in cyberspace fantasy.

So I switched to digital currency, but will now tolerate it when people who are possibly smarter than me call it virtual.

The ONE goat I know, is really clever and his nickname "Chaang Noi" means "Small Elephant" (and I presume that it's not due to his proboscis)... Grin

Re: Gavin will visit the Council on Foreign Relations
He did a great job of ELI5ing to our globalist masters. I think he convinced them to corner the market. They will probably start by closing down a major exchange and crashing the price. Then they will indict major Bitcoin personalities on trumped up charges. Then they will start rumors of bans on Bitcoin in major countries. They will continue shock and awe tactics until they shake out every weak hand and buy enough bitcoins to continue their family legacies into the next centuries.

Your prediction (from early Feb) is way too accurate.
The "shock and awe tactics" are just too much...

Glad to see we got same lines. I'm wondering one thing :
- what would mean a price stagnation around 580 (we would be going out of this triangle resistance, not hitting the 530 support) ?

Cause I see Huobi fighting but Stamp not in the mood ; but going out of this downtrend channel / triangle without a large price action (either way) would feel strange, right ?
