Judging by the glacial speed Japanese courts move at it will be years after 2020 before the gox case concludes. If Craig Wright really is Satoshi he'll get a payout before Karpeles.

The signature in Wrights post, is just pulled straight from a transaction on the blockchain. Take the base64 signature from his post:

I agree...I just use Craig Wright as Satoshi to 'scare myself' in that IF he was, and IF he did get billions in BTC..he hates everyone now...and would burn BTC to the ground

However, GBTC is at advantage because you could have it in Roth IRA.
The downside is that it has a premium to NAV.
